I WITTNESSED A MALE EMPLOYEE DIG HIS FINGER IN THE VASELINE TUB (USED FOR EYELASHES) DIG IN HIS NOSE THEN PROCEED TO STICK HIS FINGER BACK IN AND BACK IN HIS NOSE. HE DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS. HE WIPED THE FINGER ON HIS ARM. THEN BEGAN SERVICES ON CLIENTS. EXTREMELY UNSANITARY. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. DISGUSTING.

This was the first time I came to this salon. I was not greeted in a welcoming manner upon entering, yet was directed to the pedicure chair and was given a color wheel. This was the fastest pedicure I ever received. The place was not crowded either. while the salon is a beautiful facility, it takes much more to make a person feel welcome and receive a quality, basic pedicure. I definitely will not be back.

This review is based solely on today’s experience. I’ve been a customer here for almost 15 years and honestly based on today’s service I just may have to find a new salon. Today I was a walk in and wanted a mani pedi regular polish. I felt terribly discriminated against because I didn’t want gel ( she mentioned it all of 10 times) My pedicure and manicured were both rushed ….. just a foot washing and a hand soak they hardly cleaned up any skin and she asked did I want another coat when she could clearly tell it needed it like ma’am u know it’s not right ….. no lotion on my hands afterward my mani no hand massage just a dip in water and polish ( $25 for nail polish this was not a $25 manicure) Before she left mid manicure for her appointment that arrived she tried to convince me to get clear because of the grooves in my nail from a previous full set …. Her way of trying to rush me again, that’s when she got the guy to polish me. I assuming I didn’t get the normal hand massage and lotion because my polish had to dry or because of the appointments that took precedence over the person in the chair. The guy who painted my nails was nice to step in and help her but his appointment came so I was being rushed yet again…. He had to repolish a finger and guess what he said ( this is why u should get gel) hahaha I can’t make this up… at this point I even said to him like omg what’s y’all problem with regular polish there wasn’t always gel God Forbid I ask them to pull out an airbrush machine lol . I don’t know the policy on offering water tea or drinks but I heard some customers being asked did they want a drink and others weren’t including me. IF YOU DONT WANT TO SERVICE CUSTOMERS WHO DONT WANT GEL DONT OFFER REGULAR POLISH. The disparity of treatment and poor customer service today was absolutely horrible. She even asked me to pay before I was polished like I was gonna leave without paying ….. I am highly offended…. I will pay when I’m don’t like I always do. I paid to let them splash water on my feet and hands and paint my nails….. I did get an eyebrow wax which I was gonna cancel because at that point I was not happy but I’m glad I did another lady cleaned my brows up nicely. I don’t know if new management is rushing them or not paying the same or something that they’re pushing this darn Gel but you ain’t gonna treat me like crap and get my patronage.

Ms Lucy was. Very great I usually come in to get a regular manicure but today she explained benefits of a gel manicure. And I am very pleased with the results she was very nice and attentive to all customers she assisted around the same time and still managed to be precise in her work and time management Highly recommend her and the shop

The most ridiculous establishment I've ever been. Zero customer service! Waited almost 5mins before anyone acknowledged me, then had me sit in the chair for another 15mins while they were speaking their language, leaving me clueless. The supposed staff who was suppose to attend to me was on her phone playing...After wasting my time for almost half an hour...I decided to leave...then she stood up saying Oh I'm ready!!! Craziest part is they weren't busy. Ended up at Pearl Nail & Spa where I got better treatment. I'd give them a negative ? if I could.

My unborn son could have painted these nails better. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. This was after he “fixed it” 2x! Also he cut me and I bled everywhere pregnant and now I have to worry about an infection! because he was too busy looking around instead of what he was doing. Absolutely a scam don’t ever come here. I went straight home and took all of it off. A waste of $96

I have primarily gone to this nail salon for the eyelash extensions. Yesterday was the second time I’ve gotten a pedicure ever at this establishment. They atmosphere is generally friendly and welcoming. My technician was very nice however he didn’t seem to be very experienced with French manicure. He was receptive to my concern about the shaping of my toenails as my right big toe is bigger than my left. They hve to be cut dwn to a certain length and shaped square with rounded edges in order to look somewhat symmetrical. Once I finished drying my toes especially big toe looked ashy. There was still dead skin around nail so I asked for it to be cleaned up. Another technician just brushed some oil over it. Which didn’t really help. Skin needed to be removed. But it was too late. I paid $40 and left feeling like I could hve done my own pedi. Just wanted to share . I can be really picky but I think technicians should be shooting for symmetry in their work. Just annoying to pay for “almost …” sigh.

I’ve been here several times. They always make you wait. Even with an appointment, you will wait 30 mins. The people are rude. And get irritated if you ask them anything or to change anything. So rude. I don’t know how they are still in business.

The older guy was kind of rude, unpleasant & snappy. He appeared to be irritated once I informed him that I didn't want that rolling thing ran across my toenails. He was about to make me go off. Then he eventually let 1 of the ladies paint my toes. I asked him what was his problem & that he needed to get it together. Will ride to Baltimore City to get my feet done before I ride down the street to those mean, uncaring JERKS.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Poor customer service. They were very rude. The guy even pushed my foot out of the way while I was looking at the horrible paint job. &32.. when I could’ve done this for free at home.

The nail tech attempted to use nail tools that were not sanitized!! He pulled them from a cup in his caddy. When I questioned were they sanitized before he used them, he then proceeded to get a sanitized pack of tools.
