We have been exceptionally happy with MyWay! They went above and beyond when we needed storage in a hurry when my dad passed away. Steve is the best and really took time to walk us through the process, in order to make things as easy on us as possible. I requested our storage unit to be delivered today and it probably took five minutes for them to get the unit off the truck and once we got our stuff out- they were on their way. Easy!! Highly recommend!!

MyWay Storage was amazing to work with from the start to the finish! They were always available and flexible when our timeline changed. The communication the entire time was great. Steve was the best at reaching out and communicating throughout. They were professional and friendly. We had an amazing experience and would highly recommend them to anyone looking!

You can’t get better than Steve and MyWay Mobile Storage. I was referred by our realtor (Joe French with Reality Directions-btw best realtor hands down!) MyWay is so much more affordable than competitors by a landslide! Steve always responded so quickly to my messages (even though they all seemed to have been last minute requests, he was always able to get us in on the schedule ASAP!)
I met one of the drivers one morning. The driver arrived early(brownie points!) and I was still blocking the units. I went over to him to apologize. He was super friendly and professional and told me it was no problem at all.
Great, speedy service. If you’ve read this far just go ahead and give MyWay a call for all your moving storage needs! You won’t regret it!

I was referred to My Way Storage by a friend. I reached out to Steve in preparation for my move from my house to an apartment. After six months, I finally needed to put my things in storage. The entire time Steve was patient with me, and when I was ready he honored the pricing that he initially quoted me. I explained to him what size I thought I would need, and after further conversation, he was able to let me know I would only need one storage box. Whenever I needed access to the box, I would just email them a few days earlier, and it was always made available as requested. The staff at MyWay Storage are always professional, helpful, available when I needed them, courteous, and provided excellent customer service. I would refer anybody looking for storage to MyWay Storage. Thank you Steve and the team at MyWay Storage.

Great experience with them. They are very willing to let me visit my possessions and give you three days to visit for free. I have slowly been emptying out my storage but it is very reasonable storage and they let you.pack in your own yard as long as you need to. Be sure to plan ahead for pickup and storage visits as they do not happen that day. Love this place.

For several years, I have been unsettled, moving and downsizing, and through it all the pods I rented from MyWay helped me (and my stuff) stay sorted and secure. Every staff person I encountered was unfailingly polite and knowledgeable. Scheduled pick-ups and deliveries were precisely on time -and you’ve never seen drivers maneuver a forklift so well. Now that I’m finally unpacked, I’m going to kinda miss it-I’m pretty sure they took better care of my stuff than I do!

We have had an outstanding experience with Steve and his team. Steve is always responsive and pleasant. He does a great job of explaining all available, cost-effective options! We had a tight deadline with getting our units out of storage and to a new house. He was able to accommodate our need. We would definitely use Steve and MyWay again!

Spectacular service! From scheduling and rescheduling, to the delivery and pickup driver, to assisting with cost savings when scheduling the final pick up, their entire team was wonderful. Never an issue they made it happen. Plus it was great to have portable units that could fit in our smaller driveway. I was amazed how the driver maneuvered the fork lift to place them right where we wanted them. During our renovation process this was some of the best customer service we had. Thank you Steve and the rest of the team!

Steve and his team are very professional and cost effective. Storage facility is close to the BWI airport & Route 100 and 95. They were able to maintain and ensure safety of my pricey belongings for over 2 years! Highly recommend this place for everyone.

If you need storage - USE MYWAY!I began renting units from MyWay in September intending to use them on a short term basis. Their responsiveness, helpfulness, and fair pricing influenced my ultimate decision to use them long term.Pros:- multiple ways to contact them- same day (often same hour!!!) responses to calls, emails and texts- flexibility- ease of accessing my belongings at their Odenton location- friendliness of Steve and Christina- confidence that my belongings are safe and secure- pricing is stable, unlike EZ Storage and Public Storage- unit size is ideal- more reliable than individual storage space like Neighbor

Would definitely recommend. We've had a great experience with MyWay. MyExperience: The customer service has been fantastic, the price/value was better than competitors (Pods, other moving unit companies, and storage buildings) we looked at, and the convenience of it all was a life saver! My family's valued things are being securely stored in a climate-controlled facility, and when we're ready for them they'll be conveniently delivered back to our doorstep.Steve H. was super knowledgable, kind, and responded quickly to my inquiries. The driver was punctual, kind, and curteous/professional where he put the units. I was stressed about "will everything fit," "how should we organize everything," etc, and Steve gave me a ton of great Best Practices and guidance over the phone which really put me at ease and indeed helped things go more smoothly! I'll definitely continue to use MyWay.
