The shop does great work, and Randy or Chris take the time to explain what needs to be done and why. They do a terrific job with preventative maintenance. We have taken five different cars and a truck there over the years and have never been disappointed.

This was my first time using Mike's Auto Repair. It was to get a state inspection for a used pickup truck that I bought from family. The team was very thorough and honest. The truck passed the inspection as it has been well taken care of. They even brought up a few of the preventive issues that I also believed we're gonna need to take care of in the future. It's nice to meet a team who says, "This will be an issue in the future if not taken care of." Over, "Now, fix it now. "
So, of course, I fixed it now because I was given an honest option, which to me builds trust.

I was having a recurrent issue with my steering after seeing a previous mechanic, who would just implement bandaid repairs with hefty charges in subsequent visits. In need of breaking the cycle, I reached out to Mike's Auto Repair. After just one visit, my steering was fixed. It's been several weeks, and the issue has not resurfaced.
The staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable. I will be back for any future auto repair needs!

This review is long over due. I got my first truck(2012 f150 5.0) used from a dealer so I brought it to mikes to get checked out to make sure everything is working okay. About an hour after I dropped it off I get a call and they want to show me my truck, When I arrived they let me in the back where my truck was on a lift and I was able to walk under it and see everything. One of the very nice workers there walked me through everything about the truck, Gave me a lot of advise on buying used vehicles and told me next time I can bring it in the shop to get it check before I buy it. He then then showed me what I needed to fix to make it perform better and a estimated price. First thing was Front rotors and pads which I got scheduled and they got finished in one day. Which is crazy for how much rust was on this thing. Next thing was exhaust manifolds, They told me it could take about a week maybe longer. 3 days later I get a call that one of the employees there stayed extra hours to get it done because he knew it was my only vehicle. Hands done mikes auto repair in Hanover is the best mechanic for fixing your vehicles.
