My home gym is Canton, but this gym is close to my job. I actually really like the vibe and it's never crowded. However, I do think it's a little silly not to provide towels when showers, hair dryers, soap, etc. are all provided. I understand not having laundry in the building, but it just kind of seems implied that there would be towels, even for a rental fee (which would be weird but not as weird as just not having them).

Smallest club in Merritt Group, but mighty. Clean. Lots of machines. Great spinning studio. Music's not bad. 24 hrs access. Looks like I'm finally gonna lose those 25 lbs.

Absolutely love Merritt Clubs especially the Buckingham location. The Buckingham location has an impressive amount of equipment for the size of the gym. I can get a good workout no matter what time of day it is. Clean! The gym is always in order and the cleaning staff does an excellent job, they are the unsung heroes here. The management is excellent, James and Whitney make it a very personable experience every time I come in. They always find a moment to say hi and make sure I’m having the best experience possible. I’ve been a member at larger more well known establishments but this gym is in a different league. It will be my go to spot for the foreseeable future.

Great gym, 5 minutes from home. Gym is always clean, James and Whitney have been awesome since the day I started. The equipment is in excellent condition and always have plenty of options. 24/7 access is a huge bonus. Truly enjoy my workouts there!

Merritt Buckingham is a great gym. Equipment is always in top shape, the place is clean, never too crowded, never have to wait for equipment to free up. The staff is very friendly, professional and efficient. James and Whitney are always cheerful and willing to help if you need anything.

I was welcomed immediately by the staff and other members. That’s super important to me. I also love the classes and the bathrooms are awesome with private showers. Overall, I’m super impressed and so happy I decided to join Merrit at Buckingham.

Nice equipment and clean space. Was a bit unpleasantly surprised with the showers compared to other Merritt locations (no towels and only soap) but otherwise a nice space.

The staff initially were very friendly, as they purport to be the "nice and friendly" gym, and it certainly started out that way until a problem arose. But then they turned nasty as I was attempting to cancel my membership due to my physical disablement.I suffered a severe injury that left me unable to do anything (I couldn't even sit), and James refused to allow me to cancel despite all my medical records/proof and me physically moved over 400 miles away from their nearest location. He demanded I get a signed doctors note, which proved impossible as my surgeons aren't legally permitted to sign anything unless reviewed by their legal department; something I hadn't considered when signing the gym contract. Also my surgeon works from 5 am until 10 pm, he didn't have time for seemingly trivial requests such as this.Despite me trying multiple times in getting a signed note, it took several months due to covid being a prioritization for doctors and hospital systems...you know because people were dying. James refused to budge and help me, despite my offering in providing full medical documentation of my disability; it had to be a signed doctors note.I was finally able to get the signed note, and Jame's response was "ohh well it took you long enough". Words cannot describe the karma I hope is imparted on him for being so rude. After my suffering extreme pain for months, losing my income as I couldn't work due to disablement, having tens of thousands in medical bills, he thought it was appropriate to continue charging me over $500 for a gym I couldn't use, and this was his "thoughtful" response.These people are nice at first, but lack common courtesy and sense, and even in meeting an obvious cancellation requirements...they keep your money just like any other gym when trying to cancel; they are no better, and James is plain rude.I don't recommend this gym.

I am in love with this gym. The employees are so nice and very helpful. It stays pretty clean. Also the members all are respectful and it’s overall a very good atmosphere. The membership is also very cheap relative to the quality. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area.

It has all I need and the best thing is that it is open 24 hrs During the times I am there I do not have to wait for any machines. Wish they had more lockers . The restrooms situation is interesting as each restroom is a full bathroom which actually is quite nice . Price is ok.. a little pricey than planet fitness .. in all it is pretty nice

Could be a long drawn out review but they replaced the OLDER but decent equipment with some dirty warn out rusty COVID bikes . The spin bikes have caked on rust from 20 years of sweat. If i was management I would be embarrassed this is what I offer. This isn't the 80s where its expected to have old rusty equipment. The poorly maintained work required equipment needs to be removed from the club. Just load it up and do it the correct way. A SAND BLASTING, add some new feet so your members can adjust the unstable bikes. LAST PICTURE IS are THE bikes they traded out. They say old You but you can also say CLEAN AND NO RUST

The gym is available 24/7 whether staff is present or not. Private shower/changing areas. Very clean and never over crowded. Equipment is in good shape as well. Nice place.
