I just had a great experience with Lifeway Mobility. My mother lives with me and it was time to get her help up and down the stairs. From the call to schedule a quote, where Madelyn was very kind and patient, answered all my questions, to Barry coming to give the quote, and discuss which unit would be best for our situation, to Robert coming to install it, and going above and beyond, all was flawless. Madelyn, Barry and Robert were kind, professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company if you find you need their services.

Very experienced sales engineer who answer all questions before acceptance of sale of my stairlift. (CJ Barnes)Very experienced technician installed in 4 hours. Showed us all the safety features and made sure we were comfortable in its use. (Daniel M.). Although I was not in a hurry to get the stairlift installed, the entire process was completed in 2 weeks.Great job!!

Daniel was extremely efficient and was very personable. He answered all of our questions completely with full knowlege of theproduct. He tested the chair mulitple times, tweaking it to make sure it was working properly. He made sure we had a way to contact him if we had any additional questions or needed additional help. Customer service at its best! Daniel is a keeper!

Lifeway Mobility, what can I say. I don't often do reviews and i dont give out free compliments. Only do reviews if something is terrible or Outstanding. Lifeway Mobility is Outstanding in all respects. I started off with Tracy who introduced me to Lifeway and got my requirements for a Chair Stair. Then sent a few easy to make measurements to Harold to determine exactly which lift we wanted to buy or rent. We opted to buy, although I'll say renting was a very affordable option. While my need is only temporary right now, we are not getting any younger so decided to buy. Then the installation by Daniel who is finishing up as I type. Everyone has been so friendly and very professional. They just seem more genuinely concerned about helping me than making money. Daniel very personable. Loves dogs and just a good hearted man. Harold also very nice and personable and very detailed about all aspects of the various Stair Chair options. I could not be happier.
