Arrogant lady staff during the blackfriday week at levis store. She was very harsh towards us. When we touched clothes she comes and ask for the clothes directly from our hands in a very rude manner. She is a lean black lady, i will never forget this bad experience and will never buy anything from Levis.

Extremely bad customer service and the lady staff were mocking us.Nov 25th 2023 afternoon, Myself and my family went to the store (levis Arundel mills) with our 3 year old son and when we were looking at the jeans towards the end rack and all of a sudden i saw a staff screamed at my 3 year old son who was in his stroller for touching one of the jeans, he was frightened & we too. Immediately she asked for the jeans from my wife and gave a fake smile. And we saw the lady staff hold the jeans across her face was joking with her co worker, which was extremely insulting.We lost our interest in shopping and went out of the store. The store staffs who were guys were professional but this lady staff was arrogant and her behavior surprised us. levis needs better staffs that this.

The staff is very friendly . They don't have children's clothes. But the deals are insane there's an extra 60% off clearance which is really good being as it's outlet pricing already . It's in arunde mills mall near the old navy entrance.

Most recent visit to the Levi's Outlet in Arundel Mills Mall, Hanover, Maryland was this past Saturday. This is one of our favorite stops at Arundel Mills Mall. They always have a nice selection of items in the store. My partner always finds things to purchase in the Levi's Outlet. They have a lot of things to choose from in his size. He also shops for all natural fibers (100% cotton usually) and they usually have a number of shirt and pant styles made from all natural fibers. The store is fairly neatly organized. Nice selection. The employees are friendly enough considering that this is an outlet store. They usually have some good deals. Check out the clearance rack in the back of the store, sometimes there will be amazing deals there. My only concern is that the store doesn't stock a lot of larger sizes so I don't usually find anything here to purchase (but I have on occasion found great things to purchase here in size XXL etc). Thank you Levi's Outlet!

They had the style of pants I like, in the only color that I wear, in my oddball size. I didn't have much interaction with employees, which is my preference. I walked in, grabbed a pair of pants and went to the register. The employee that was ringing me out said the pants were buy one get one 50% so I grabbed another pair. All told I was in and out in less than 2 minutes.

Visiting fron it if town and went to buy jeans for me son. Worat customer service I have ever experienced. Fitting rooms were apparently under “ maintenance”. We were asked to buy the jeans, then go to the restrooms in the mall to try them. Lupita (if that was her real name ) when asked if we could use the employ bathroom instead said they did not have employee bathrooms. No more Levi jeans for my family, we have worn our last Levi jeans, there are too many other great brands of jeans out there.

The staff were helpful and friendly, but I didn't get that over the top customer service I'd really want. The selection in terms of number of series was good but they were missing a lot of the colors from some of the series. Overall, I'd recommend this to friends and family.
