The service t this store is amazing. It was my first time in the store so I had a negative outlook on it and had no idea what i wanted but the worker, Julie, helped me figure out exactly what the store was about and what I'd like. She made the experience so much better and made me actually want to come back.

They have some nice things but it's far and in between. The item dosen't looks or fits like the picture on there site.. Especially when shopping online there sizes chart it's not the best. I'm not ordering from them anymore because they don't give free shipping and if you have to return an item it's a $7.95 fee unless you bring back to the store that's too much trouble for me.

Very beautiful, seaside inspired store. The design of the store is impeccable. The prices are reasonable. Love how the staff give you space to shop instead of pressuring you to make a purchase.

I literally just moved to Maryland from the West Coast two days ago, and this was my first visit to J.Crew Factory at this location to see if I could exchange an item. The woman that worked there (Irene) was so patient and kind in helping me, it made my day. I felt so frazzled from the move and she was so friendly, gracious and kind. J. Crew factory is very lucky to have someone like Irene. I think anyone would be happy to meet her. I will be back! Thank you again Irene for making my day!

Drove all the way here and was told they couldn’t return or exchange my items bc it’s a factory store, not J Crew. Despite them carrying the same exact item in store. Very strange.
