I’ve always been to this HM location to shop for any occasion, most of the staff working there are super sweet , but theres some who are particularly super rude. Some young Woman who works at this location told me to “get out the store if I wasn’t going to buy anything “ while I was waiting for my friend who was at the checkout. She mugged me and my friend and rolled her eyes at us. She also proceeded to talk badly about us to her coworkers when we did nothing but stand somewhere in the store and chat as we waited for our other friend.

My experience at this store was with one of its employees being very rude. She really should be fired. A very pretty young black girl. But she was extremely rude for no good reason. I hope that Jess the manager will train her better. If I experienced this again from this employee I will go to corporate. The other ladies in the store were very polite,just that one . April 26th around 12:00 with my experience.

Very rude employee. Miss Jesse the manager blindly supported her employee. Without understanding how rude she actually was. Terribly disappointed with her treatment of a customer with an actual real complaint. Good customer service and good attitude starts from the top down. US army retired

4Apr.2024 Clean and organized store. Bring your own bags to carry your purchases out. The store charges 10 cents for shopping bags. We always have our own recyclable shopping bags.

A nice selection of clothes for men. Prices are decent, too. They need to straighten or organize clothes more often. The sizes need to include big and tall sizes. I don't understand why department stores don't stock according to the majority demographical sizes.

Looks beautiful. Not always perfectly organized, but that's understandable. Went on Black Friday as well and it wasn't too crowded.

If you’re black and carry a purse, they will assume you are stealing and you will notice sale associates follow you throughout the store. I’ve shopped this location many times before with no issues and I am an assistant manager in a near by store in Arundel Mills. I have no reason nor interest to steal a 19.99$ dress and a 20.00$ jacket. I needed a quick outfit for a dinner on Friday night. I really liked this black dress and gray hoodie. I ended up leaving the line to checkout and just tossed my items in the sock bin and dipped. Just because a customer has a bag, you should not assume they’re stealing. Just because a customer is looking throughout the store (which has a quiet large selection of clothes, so why wouldn’t I be looking and feeling out clothes???), doesn’t mean they are stealing. I find it also crazy how many associates on 9/5/23 at 5:15pm continuously came to the front but nobody offered to check me out, while this older black lady at the register just stood there taking all day to ring another customer. Terrible customer service and the sales associates need better training on detecting or deterring theft in retail because if I would’ve spoke up I promise you it would have been an issue. Who is the store manager of this location?

Staff usually are quite friendly here. You can shop in peace here without issue. Store is clean.Issue here is inventory, which is why this store did not receive 5 stars. Store has a large quantity of jackets yet not enough t-shirts, polos or pants. Sale items are rare as well in comparison to other of their retail stores.

I've always been a fan but this one is particularly clean and big... Service was awesome. They only have 2 fitting rooms in the kids section so if there are many more families you might need to wait in line. I am not sure how many are in other sections but my experience was pleasant
