I recommend you do not use. We received zero positive customer service when we picked up... Just quick talking from the clerk like we were idiots. The manager we spoke with could not offer us any useful information or relief. When we returned the car, we checked out with the clerk and turned in our keys, which went smoothly. When we got the receipt (three days later), Hertz had charged us for three additional days. We have about $1,300 in pending charges from Hertz, when our grand total was under $200. Some of that is the hold, yes, but not $1,300 worth. We were able to speak to someone on the phone who confirmed the charges were not correct. We will see how this plays out.

Customer service was great and fast. However the rental had major issues with the low oil warning light on, and rough ride.

I've never seen so many bad reviews in my life.
The Hertz Corp. Should revoke the license of this franchise, as the owner is given hertz a bad name.
I've rented many cars in the past. This is my first time dealing with hertz. I booked with Thrifty in mco and had to return it to hertz.
Upon returning I filled the vehicle with gas and as I always do drop off a clean car.
The agent checked the milage and said all is good.
I asked for the receipt and she said she wood text it to me.
30 min later I'm at the gate to fly back to mco and I received the receipt.
And was charged 400.00 for smoking in car.
WE DONT SMOKE.
terrible scam.
Been trying to get someone to assist me.
And a worker from Thrifty in MCO said that they do that alot to customers.
NOW IM TAKING THIS TO THE BETTER Business Bureau

Horrific experience
Either Hertz BWI deliberately allows dramatic overbooking, or they are extremely slow at cleaning and turning around cars
Waited in a line of 50+ people to pickup a 10a rental car, and didn’t get a car until 11:45a, and that was after paying $50/day to upgrade because no free upgrades to the next available car
So to have a lack of 50+ cars, either this Hertz Location allows for massive overbooking, or they are extremely slow in cleaning the returned cars

I thought about changing my reservation due to all the negative reviews but decided not to. They were great. There was no line when I arrived but being a Gold member I was able to bypass any way and go pick out my car. There was a ton of cars to choose from. Returning before they were open was also easy. Would rent from this location again.

My experience was fantastic and Za’Maya and Quory made this experience seemless. They noticed that I prepaid for a fuel purchase option but it did not reflect in the system and made it their priority to offer a solution. They deserve raises truly.

Not on the ball, not organized, not dependable, avoid like the plague unless you want to be stuck in their garage walking back and forth with your luggage while they figure out things and tell you “no one is perfect.” A total loser location, much worse than other Hertz rentals I used

This is the worst company ever, they never answer the phone. Nor do they care about customer service satisfaction. I called over 15 times and nobody answered horrible. I lost my items made a claim and it’s been over a month. And never got in contact with anyone.

I was there Sunday morning I was only able to take from the president circle they literally had the worst cars ever I even couldn’t take from the gold section the car had almost 50k miles the worst location I ever visited. HERTZ SHAPE UP!!

I will not be renting from here again, we prepaid for a vehicle once we got to the counter we got told we aren't getting the car we originally reserved we ended up getting a toyota corolla that stunk of cat pee needed an oil change and new windshield wipers!! The cars they have are a hazard not safe at all!! They also don't allow you to use your debit card you have to have a credit card or you're not getting the car. If I could give Zero stars I would.

Have fun waiting in line for an hour.
Update: 2 hours.
The “Gold Member” line was just as long. Finally got to the counter and was told they didn’t have any cars even though we had a reservation. They didn’t bother to tell that to everyone waiting in line.
