Allowed a teacher to continue working there (and instruct my child) after instructing another student to hit my child. When I reported it, the "teacher " was put on probation, but treated my child worse. I do not recommend!!! Turns out my child (now a young adult) has been diagnosed as on the spectrum and is still negatively impacted by the experience.

This location was great until it wasn’t. My family was moving and could no longer attend this location & instead transferred to a location within closer proximity. In order to transfer locations your account must be paid in full - which it was. The registration and transfer was complete with the new location and my children had been attending for at least a month when I was notified that Hanover RETROACTIVED over $2,000 worth of charges on my account and refused to rectify the situation. Every time I called they were too busy to deal with the account and are not allowed to provide contact information to the department that handles the charges. They have since sent these charges to a collection agency!! If I could give zero stars I would.

I absolutely love working at KinderCare in Hanover! The director is amazing and does everything she can to help you out! Having my granddaughter there has been wonderful and such a blessing! She's two and had never been away from her mother. Her teachers have taught her how to count and continue to work with her on potty training.

My three kids have been attending this center for the last year and a half, and we all love it. The staff is very professional and care about the kids. My kids have learned a lot from their teachers too. The center is conveniently located right next to a Ft Meade gate, and it has been been super reliable during the pandemic. Highly recommend.

I LOVE this kindercare. They take so much pride in taking care of my daughter. They keep me updated all the time, if anything changes. So thorough with my daughters day. I always know what she’s been doing all day. I am so thankful for all of her teachers. And the director is wonderful.

When we moved to Maryland it was right before Covid. We didn’t know anyone. They are more then just a daycare they treated us like family. They help my daughter through the trying times of online learning and I am truly grateful for them taking the time and helping my daughter thrive. I would highly recommend.

Love the curriculum and the balance of educational activities with lots of free play and special activities for the kids. Our daughter has been in the discovery preschool and preschool programs and she's learned so much from her teachers! I also love the app and getting picture and video updates during the day.

Our son has been going here for 2 years. The directors have been amazingly accommodating and always keep us informed. They transport to all the schools around base and continually have exciting and fun things/activities to do. I love that we found this gem that offers a small town feel with a facility that is small enough for them to know you by name but big enough to have fun experiences.

I have been going to this center for over 6 years. They have taken such good care of both my children. During the pandemic they handled every change that came their way. They stayed open and kept the kids safe while my husband and I went out as essential workers. They really truly care about each family they work with, and they are all angels. I don’t know where I would be without them.

This was the first place we visited when looking for care for our toddler. The facility was well organized and the curriculum was well designed. The care givers were nice and the director was extremely helpful. She provided us with extremely valuable information about healthcare services and other information about living in the area.

When I first started taking my son here his teacher was awesome. But when he turned 3 he was moved to a different class and I feel like his new teachers don’t have the same level of care as his previous teacher. I complained about his pull up being full a couple of times and I feel like I get an “oh well” attitude. Overall not satisfied with his care, but my childcare options are limited right now. I feel like the curriculum is great but they need to get a better staff who actually care about providing top quality care for kids.

Great center!!!!! The staff are absolutely wonderful..I recommend this daycare to anyone who is looking for care onpost or near post. The teachers are very active with the children and always looking for improvements within their classrooms. Management is always available to answer any questions.

I have felt like their care for my child has been exceptional. They have had a bit of a turn over rate with some of the teachers. Some have gotten promotions and ended up going to different locations. My child has definitely got the care that I feel she has needed. The education plan is definitely fantastic. The other Reviews have been over 2 years ago so I'm not sure if maybe management changed but I feel that there has always been someone in the office unless they are with the children.
