Machine at the door was beeping the whole time I shopped when anyone walked in our out. I figured it was just broken. But as we were about to walk out it beeped and two employees insisted on checking our bags. Whatever I complied thought it was going to be quick but she looked through every single item from another store bag thoroughly. All while this was happening people were walking out and the alarm was beeping. Very annoying. Also employee was very passive aggressive and rude. We did not steal anything, the person I was with even bought some items why would we steal. Never experience anything like this just very annoying.

Do not sign up for their reward program. It is such not worth the ridiculous amount of monthly charges they charge. I canceled 2 times a still being charged 12 dollars a month.

What happened to this store? It's been in the mall forever but I feel any time I go in it just gets more and more... "meh." It used to be I wanted to go in every time. Now- whatever they do, someone else in the mall or online it does it better.Man, I remember when I was a little kid and they were in the corner near the theater (Now a forever 21). Good times gone by.

Gotta live a classic FYE. The $5 bin is the best! I usually ship for Funko Pop figs here, but, they still sell music CDs and DVDs, at a time where everything is streaming based. I like the options. The only thing I don't care for is the prices. They definitely make you pay full price. LOL

This place has a really good selection of kawaii and anime merchandise. Definitely a great spot for a weeb. They even had Pusheen mochi here! Lots of t-shirts. Sailor Moon dragon Ball z attack on Titan and numerous others. Excellent staff very helpful and friendly.

The most horrific customer service I have ever experienced. The tall skinny guy behind the counter was the only one in the store and with no other customers in the store, he didn't want to assist me at all.
