Please do not speak Spanish in this store security will come and tell he speak Spanish and he unstarstands as if you are talking about him. I went to this store today and was told I could not sit down unless I was trying on shoes which is understandable with it being holiday season. The reason I was trying to sit down is due to my toddler getting inpatient while my husband was looking for shoes for my oldest when my husband asked what I was told I translated to him in Spanish what the security had told me and the security came and said I can understand what you say because I speak Spanish which is false because he would have understood that all did was translate he didbit in a way of intimidation and I responded to him if I had to say something to him I will tell it to him in English this security was a complete racist it's sad that they allow him to work there. Very sad to receive this treatment in a business.

One of the managers, Kenneth, helped me get the exact boot that I needed for a concert that night. It wasn’t on display and wasn’t showing up in inventory. He thought of a way to find it and got the boot in my size. Super dope customer service.

BUYER BEWARE ALERT!!!!!!!! Definitely A VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER. No chance of ever returning here! Came in to this store with my 10 year old son to let him express his own sense of style by picking out his own tennis shoes.When we left he was a "Happy Camper" fast-forward two days and the heel tab (the loop on the back of his 180.00 shoes pops out). I returned with him with the expectation of exchanging or replacing the shoes.Well guess what? We were told that they were sorry and they couldn't do anything because the shoes had been worn and looked good when they were sold. (Umph):0)WOW, I thought this has got to be a joke. We asked the employee to call Management to get a second opinion and they also rejected it. At this point as you might figure I was shall we say SALTY :0). Currently, I have filed a claim with Nike and returning the shoes directly to NIKE for further assistance.I am submitting this review to remind this business of the impact That "JUST ONE VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER make". Please spread the word to your friends and family. I know that Me and my sons situation is probably that one out of many that was positive for others, but I was compelled to detail this whole experience. I hope this REALLY HELPS SOMEONE ELSE make the right decision! I am sure that this in NO WAY represents the core beliefs of NIKE as a company and I can't wait to update you all with a positive update soon, but until then stay tuned!!!!!!!!!!#pleasefightforcustomerservice

The selection of sneakers is minimal compared to other locations. The particular pair that I wanted was only found in the Mondawmin Mall location.

Today was ok. I don't normally go to the mall on the weekend, but I went this Saturday. There were several employees on the floor helping customers which was great but you know there is always a few just standing around talking to one another or dancing to the music. I had to go to the employee and ask for help. Other then that today was a ok for a Saturday. I'll definitely go back but not on a Saturday.

Another store in the mall called to see if they had a shoe in my size, they did and said they’d hold them. When I got to the store, another customer was being waited on. After about 5 minutes the cashier asked how she could help. I told her that I was there to purchase the boots that the other store just called about. She said ok give me one second. She then proceeded to continue trying to help the other customer. I had no problem with that my issue was the fact that about 3 other employees were walking around the store doing nothing. There were also two cash registers. I just don’t understand why she felt the need to leave me waiting for about 10 more minutes for service when there were other workers in the store. Terrible experience. I left the store without purchasing the shoes. I’ll shop elsewhere with better customer service.

No stars at all. Horrible customer service. I came in and nobody asked me did I need help. I had to go up to the counter and bring him to the shoe I wanted and when I was walking up there, it was two people behind the counter. They was looking at me like “why you here?” Then when I told him I wanted the new 990v6, he act like he don’t know what I’m talking about. Ard cool, we get the shoes and I’m about to check out. I tell him I have to input my card numbers because I have a virtual gift card. He said we can’t do that. Like come on my guy ? what you on? I work retail before, why wouldn’t you be able to input card numbers? It’s cool though I let it slide. This footlocker is horrible though idk what happened. He must ain’t want to make a sale.

Ashley picked the phone cheerful and respectfuL was having a hard time looking for shoes online , i spent more time in phone asking many questions about availability of multiple products , i apologized that i'm taking her time and she was so easy to deal with.I like the way she was so helpful , I went to the store and I asked her about the shoes we talked about . its was such and easy communication after the online frustration .
