ABSOLUTE WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE! I ordered Jordan’s for my daughter for back to school in August. I got my shoes sent to the store and they said the shoes got lost in transit. After a month of waiting (according to policy) They resent the shoes and once again they said they got lost. I have been waiting 3 months and I opened a claim with corporate. The manager there told me it would be resolved in 4 business days. That was 15 days ago. Now I have to go all the way back to tithe mall just to get a refund. I blame the companies incompetence as a whole. That’s why I don’t shop at foot locker but I thought the kids foot locker would be better .

I wanted to take a moment to write a review for James (I believe that’s his name) I came here a few weeks ago looking for shoes for my daughter. James was extremely helpful and made sure we had the right size. He definitely went above and beyond.

Today I stopped in the store and spoke with James about picking out some shoes for my son. He was really informative and professional when helping me choose for my son. He couldn’t find the shoe I was looking for but instead of quitting on the sale he found a store just in the location I was going to next an him and John helped me locate and hold the shoe for me. One the best experiences I’ve had in a while an I’ve been in sales for a long time. Thank you James and John.

My family and I entered store with hopes of making a purchase. We were there for at least 5 minutes before deciding on apparel purchase and no one, I mean no one greeted us meanwhile, 3 employees were on the sales floor not helping customers! My husband went over to ask the young lady at the front counter named Taylore a few questions about unclear sale signage and all she did was point over to a clothing stand. No personalized service, no checking of items, not even offering to order anything. Taylore was the absolute WORSE! This location definitely lacks customer service. It is really disheartening that I had to write this review w a low rating considering I've had so many positive experiences at this location in the past 15 years. I sure hope that the old Footlocker returns back sooner than later!

I went in on 2/16/3018 at 9pm to get some Nike socks, everyone in the store greeted me and asked if I needed any help, they even offered to hold the socks at the counter so I didn't have to carry them. I found a T-shirt I wanted and I thought it was part of the $19.99 promo but it wasn't but they price adjusted it for me anyways. Everyone was super helpful and friendly and made my shopping experience super easy and quick.
