Purchased a few pairs of shoes online and was charged 12.95 for shipping when I returned one they did not include the shipping in my return and I had to pay to ship them back so just a heads up if you do an online return it will cost you $25

I see now, why y’all have all these trash reviews.
Y’all take orders, hold the money hostage for a few days…
Then email ppl, telling them that their items are out of stock.
It’s back to school time, and 5 of my last 6 orders were cancelled, for school items.
Y’all need to get a better handle, and start notifying ppl in that moment, or following day…
That their items aren’t available.

Store stated they didn’t receive my shipment and tracking says it was delivered. Called customer service and can’t get my call through. This is very upsetting!! Do not but ONLINE ORDERS!!!

Never received my shoes FedEx claim to leave them at front porch but clearly the picture shows just the ground andThe box.Looked on front no shoes looked on back no shoes looked on other areas no shoes!!! DTLR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH JOHNATHAN GAVE ME RUN AROUND TWICE LEFT ME ON HOld just to come back with same stuff fedex will contact me ok what is you doing DTLR to help me a customer NOTHING I LOST OUT OF $244 dollars because someone hates their job and left my son shoes elsewhere or took them DTLR LOST A CUSTOMER FOREVER NOW their policy is trash no refund or REPLACEMENT IS CRAZY using FedEx as a carrier is rven more worse both needs to get it together i will be disputing with my bank and never shop here again!!!

Never received shoes that I ordered with 2 day shipping. I ordered shoes on July 25th, as of today, July 30th, NOTHING has been processed other than my money. Fed Ex only has “label created” when I look up my tracking number. I have called customer service 5 times and only spoke to someone ONE of those times and she literally wouldn’t do anything. I was trying to cancel my order since I knew it wouldn’t arrive within the 2 days I paid for. This company is fraudulent at best. I have already filed my complaint with the attorney general’s office.

First and LAST time at DTLR. Purchased a pair of Nikes for trip, wore once shoe was rubbing my toes. Took them back not esp. for a refund would have accepted store credit. (even a discounted refund since they were BARELY worn) I was refused both. No signs posted for 'No refunds or Exchange. I WILL NEVER shop at ANY of yours stores again.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding a recent experience with a purchase and attempted return of an item ordered from your online store.
I placed an order online and opted for in-store pickup, which I completed without issue. However, upon seeing and feeling the product in person, I changed my mind and decided to return it. When I visited the store to process the return, I was told that because of the method of payment used, I could only receive a store credit. I was further instructed that if I wanted a full refund to my original form of payment, I would need to return the item through the online return process.
I was informed that I would have to cover the cost of shipping the item back to the warehouse before my refund could be processed. This was already disappointing, but what made the situation even more frustrating was that, after realizing the warehouse was not far from me, I called to ask if I could return the item there directly. I was told this was not allowed for “safety reasons.”
This experience has been, without question, the worst customer service and return process I have ever encountered. I find it extremely unreasonable that I am being penalized for simply changing my mind about a product—something that should be a straightforward and respectful transaction between a retailer and a customer.
I urge DTLR to re-evaluate its return policy, particularly for online orders picked up in-store. At the very least, customers should be given clear and consistent options for returning items and not forced to incur additional expenses or navigate a confusing and inconvenient process.

This will for sure be my last time shopping with this business. I paid for 2 day shipping label was created the day I placed order but not delivered to fed ex until 2 days later then when I call customer service the first representative hung up on me and the next representative was very rude and unprofessional. If they have no intention of providing express shipping then it shouldn’t be offered because I could have saved myself the inconvenience and spent my money with a business that values their word and customers

Horrible customer service
Second time i ordered online from this company and not received my merchandise
Today took made me write a review after waiting on hold to speak to someone after waiting ten minutes. Telling the young lady i only received part of my order a order i made back in February that online still says processing. To be told the order was cancelled due to not being in stock but i was still charged.

They sent me an email stating my wolf grey Jordans shipped out they made a label and kept my shoes now every time I call they never answer no worries though cause I'll eup there then said we distribute a refund lol nah I wanted my shoes and y'all keep allowing your employees to steal..

how you run a raffle for some sneakers and when the raffle winner drives to the pick up store location they get told “we didn’t receive our shipment for the size you selected, you can stand in the first come first serve line for a different size”. i should have been offered to go to the front of that line since i’m a raffle winner or been given the shoe in a different size because again im a raffle winner. no resolution was offered and upon calling the cs line they said a lot of stores didn’t receive a shipment period. just corny and ghetto will not be a customer period of this company again.
