how you run a raffle for some sneakers and when the raffle winner drives to the pick up store location they get told “we didn’t receive our shipment for the size you selected, you can stand in the first come first serve line for a different size”. i should have been offered to go to the front of that line since i’m a raffle winner or been given the shoe in a different size because again im a raffle winner. no resolution was offered and upon calling the cs line they said a lot of stores didn’t receive a shipment period. just corny and ghetto will not be a customer period of this company again.

If I could give a zero I would! They have the wi customer service ever! The employees in the Southlake mall are so ghetto and unprofessional! They don’t greet you when you come in and they are always on their phones

I went shoe shopping, into a location in Pontiac MI to get a pair of shoes for my grandson, and low and behold. It was a horrible experience!! There were 3 or 4 people work and not 1 person spoke or asked if I needed help, one worker walked right past me, while another was on her phone, for some idiot reason. I thought I would actually receive service??? And then called the corporate office to complain and speak with someone ? noooope!!! Waste of call, sat on hold on and off for ten minutes; only for the person to try and give me a email. I guess for them to avoid doing their job, told the lady I was driving, said she would connect me with someone and then the phone hung up, so corporate is just as bad as the location's!!! Smh. If you need shoes or year for whatever. I'LL DEFINITELY BE GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE FROM NOW ON!!!!!!

This store on Halls Ferry in St. Louis, MO never stay open until the proper closing time. Something is always wrong at this location. What is the reason this store always closed early? I arrived at 5:45pm and the store close at 7. Has a hand written sign on the door that say system is down. Don't look like they are doing anything to get it back up either. This can't keep happen cuz this is one of my favorite stores to shop.

I won the Jordan raffle at the White marsh Location! When we went to pick them up they said they have them then they don't. Then I got to wait until Monday and If there are any left, they will contact me.....excuse me??? I win the raffle, where are the shoes I won to purchase and why do I have to see if there will be any more left. Yall are scamming! It's not a good look! Especially checking out these reviews. Somebody needs to teach you guys about customer service and falseAdvertising!!!

The customer service at the Dover Mall location are very racist!I went in the store yesterday 8/13/2023 I grabbed a Nike sneaker first while looking at it a white guy asked me if I was taking it and I said yes,I guessed he wanted it too only to ask the cashier to find me the other pair this girl took my shoes and give it to the white guy.I felt so humiliated and embarrassed yesterday the worst part of it the cashiers started laughing at me like I was crazy only because of my color and accent.?

Do not order from DTLR. I returned an online order and it’s been a month with no refund in site. 4 customer service representatives all gave me the run around. Each saying different things. One would say it was just received so wait 10 days for the refund then the next would say oh the package is lost. Crooked company.

Was in a Harrisburg PA store(Union Deposite) looking for a Lucky charm sweat shirt. Was in two weeks before a bought one. But on this day I come in and ask for help. No one is around. Then a female employee comes by me and I say, excuse me, can I get some help. She walks and says, the manager is very there. I say over where? And just ignores me and walks away.What seem like 5 minutes later the manager comes from outside so I say miss, I need some help and your employee was rude to me. And she just didn't seem to care at all. I come to spend my money in your store and you too are rube? This is the 3rd time I been in that store and the employees were just unprofessional. I will conder spending my brad somewsere else. n

Stop giving them your money! They just don’t do business right. Their employees are not trained well, playing music loud with cuss words while kids are in the store. Managers are immature and their corporate office is nonexistent. All you have to do is go in the store identify what brand you like, google that brand website and buy directly from the source. Save yourself 50%

They literally had me and my daughter waiting outfits while they were on "break" the sign says 30mins we waited almost a full hour while the staff members were out shopping in the plaza stores I was told someone called off but those who were there didn't seem to take there job seriously I'm ****** off one of the workers stated they are closing the store while customers waited in line instead of taking two or three at a time mind you school starts in a day smh

Summit mall location fairlawn OhioSaw a woman get hit in the thigh tonight by the male she was with, they entered the store and I followed. I saw the sales rep and explained what I had witnessed and offered to make a report if she wanted to call mall security. She said " naww they probably just datin'." I asked what did that have to do with anything? She said "you know how they do." I went and checked on the lady myself after her guy walked away and she said she was OK so I left the store. The worker I encountered may be getting minimum wage, obviously wasn't the most intelligent nor a mandatory reporter I suppose. Ultimately she is a dud with the attention span of a gnat. Straightening clothing took higher priority over monitoring the well being of the shopper.
