I had a very disappointing experience at this CVS pharmacy. The staff lack a sense of urgency when it comes to customer service. You will in better hands if you go to near by Walmart pharmacy.

Rude Pharmacy tech ( young girl) has an attitude because she’s over worked, no personality. Am moving my prescription to another pharmacy. Am sick of CVS and there staff.

Very clean the staff member was not particularly friendly. Please pay attention to the atmosphere and the way the staff greet some of the customers. How are you? How was your day? Nothing like that.

Angela wasn’t as bad as people are making it out to be, nor did I have any issues at all. Medication was correct and the right quantity.

Would give a half star if I could. This line is 6 people long and no one is being helped. I sat in the drive thru for 5 mins, called multiple times and no one even said anything, not we're busy, nothing.

Terrible pharmacy. This place went downhill ever since the last pharmacist, Sam, left. Now under the new Pharmacist, Angela, it is just plain horrible! She is rude, lacks empathy and even threatened to withhold my medication if I didn’t bring back the 1 pill SHE overcounted and made it seem like it was my fault. My doctor had to finally intervene. They have messed up on my medication not once, not twice, not even three times, but more, either by giving the wrong dosage (and this could have had a really , REALLY bad effect), over filling or under filling. Keep in mind again, this is a controlled medication. Furthermore, you would think that they would know their patients — I have a controlled medication that I have to pick-up every month which they are always out of. Unfortunately, due to the nature of this drug, I am not able to fill or pick it up until 28 days from the last pick-up date. I really tried to give this pharmacy the benefit of the doubt but after all their mishaps and treating you like dog poo poo, until management intervenes and relocates or removes Angela for her incompetence and negligence, and retrains staff on proper customer service, STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

I left my medicine at home during a stay at hotel behind this CVS and was charged at least $50 for 2 days medicine. I have never been charged for blood pressure and diabetes medication. I was shocked at the price that this pharmacy charged. It's was racist store towards people of ciolor. No CVS has ever did this in all my years going to CVS. Thought it was a policy to serve customers who needed medication and particularly if customer was a long time one. Pass by it with no intentions of ever going in there.
