Joshua is great in customer service and helping out. He makes sure that you get the right fit. We have tried others but have to go back to Joshua to get things work. He worked so patiently with my husband and his progressives .Ty has been helpful too. Always very courteous

It has been over 9 months after our appointments, in January. We filled out the insurance forms and they were never received by Medicare. Our secondary cannot pay until Medicare processes the claims. After several attempts over the months to get the claims sent, I tried submitting myself and received denials. Unless you don’t mind paying out of pocket for covered services, I do not recommend this practice.

I came in to ask about progressives and Chantelle provided excellent customer service. During my visit she was working alone and acknowledged each customer that approached making sure to inform them of the policy for handling the frames. This was done while waiting on customers and answering calls. Although it was busy, I was so happy to have her input on my frame choices, she is polite, positive and knowledgeable. I am already a satisfied customer without even receiving my glasses.

Great Service — It’s a Sunday, most Vision centers are closed, and the right nose piece of my glasses has disappeared. I try Walmart, CVS, the gas station for eye glass repair kits with nose pads ... nothing ... In a last stitch effort I go to Costco. Immediately the representative greeted me, asked me my issue, and offered me replacement pads ... he even offered to change them for me. I am soo thankful for for the Costco vision team and their excellent service.

Very rude and unprofessional staff in the morning. Please understand this is the people who keep your business going on.P.S, the lady who works at evening is quite helpful and nice. Not sire if she’s always there at that time though

I bought eyeglasses last year at Costco Arundel Mills and had a good experience. My eyes had changed and this time I made an appointment and saw Julie Tran, she was fantastic. I ordered glasses and did not like them because the way the lens are I could not fully read all of the small print across the bottom. My fault I picked the wrong frames. I returned the glasses and figured I would be able to return the frames but probably not the lens. I explain all of this to the sales associate, she first offered to adjust them and I explain I did not think I would be happy with them and I just need to purchase another pair of eye glasses. Much to my surprise she said " Costco always wants their customers to be satisfied" she returned the glasses and I purchased another pair. She was so professional and knowledgeable this experience sealed the deal. I would never shop for glasses anywhere else. The associates name was Jennifer, she has been with Costcos 13 years. I in fact encourage everyone I know to go to Costco for there glasses and eye exam. Fantastic store, employees, food samples - Deb fantastic lady so nice. Way to go Costco Associates! Especially Julie, her assistant, Jennifer and Deb you all made my experience great.

Best prices by far. This is because they are not part of the Luxottica cartel. If you don't know who Luxottica is, Google it, they own almost everything in the eyeglass world and keep prices high (they also own the insurance). People looking for personalized attention, look elsewhere, this is Costco. The staff they have are great but they are understaffed to keep the prices low. Personally, I don't mind waiting in line a little longer to save 50% off LensCrafters price. Getting glasses here pays for the Costo membership plus! Had to laugh about the lady complaining she had to wait 8 minutes on the phone! LOL, what a first world issue!

I called today to ask about some of their designer frames. Someone answered the phone and said "Costco Optical, please hold." They didn't ask me if I wanted to be placed on hold. I have now been holding for 8 minutes and NO ONE has come back to the phone. I will NOT be making a visit to COSTCOs optical department for anything!

This was our first time using Costco for glasses. My son was fitted for glasses and we were told 4 to 7 days and someone would call us when they came in. I finally called because I had not heard from anyone and I was told they were in 4 days ago. No one ever called to let me know and my son went to school without glasses all week. Completely unacceptable especially for a first-time customer. We will not be returning. Very disappointed in Costco.
