I love Costco therefore I decided to try Costco pharmacy, On two separate occasions my prescription was not available, they had to order it . My first experience the order took one day for the store delivery to arrive and I was able to start on my antibiotic.
Another similar situation as above this time it took much longer for my medicine to become available. My doctor’s office called it in on Thursday as of that Monday still no medicine for me to pick up, it’s out of stock waiting on delivery. I’ve never heard of such things as that. Again I love Costco but their pharmacy was a learning experience for me.

After being a Exec member over a decade, I think it may be time to call it quits. The customer service here is awful. After 20 minutes waiting in return line, they say you have to return at hearing aid. So walk over and guess what? Conveniently closed. Be cautious. Their return policy used to be great, but not so much these days. Definitely think twice before joining or before buying something you are unsure about

Not my go to Costco by any means but since I was nearby, I decided to stop in for the few items I needed. I found what I was looking for. Parking wasn't terrible. This location is smaller than my usual one in Beltsville. Employees are friendly and helpful. I won't go out of my way to come back but I'm glad it's here!

The pharmacist working here was utterly rude and seemingly discriminatory. She was working today, May 11th 2023. she wouldnt give me my prescription because she wanted to talk to my doctor first. Then i got a hold of him and told her that he would call, then she says “im not comfortable speaking to him outside of his business hours” and that she would call him tomorrow. She had an awful attitude from even my first question to her, she was dismissive and rude. Just being difficult for no reason. She obviously doesn’t care about patients and would rather go on power trips than help people. She should honestly not be employed there.

Pros:The line isn't super long nor overcrowded compared to some of the other Costco's. They have good selection of items and pretty clean. They have what we typically need and our go-to items. The staff are also friendly. This is one of our go-to for grocery shopping for these reasons.Cons:We bought a few kitchen items from here and most of them were terrible quality. We bought a cutting board and it was unusable due to it not being sanded (we've never encountered this issue with any cutting boards before). We bought a metal strainer and it rusted within a couple weeks of use, etc.Their baked goods can improve. For example, they don't put a seal over their baked goods to ensure no one tampers with it. One time, we saw that one of the danish was missing from one of their container and looked like someone may have taken and eaten it. Another time we bought cream cheese danish and it had a strange chemical/plasticky taste to it. Also, we had bought one of their ciabatta (?) bread, ate it on the same day, and it had a moldy taste to it (this happened a couple times). We haven't experienced this with other Costco's and typically we really enjoy Costco's baked goods except but this location has been a bit of a disappointment. In addition, not sure about other Costco's but this Costco don't provide refund for baked items even if it's not the customers fault. For non-baked item, we recently noticed that there were a few expired items on the shelf unlike the other Costco's we've been to. We also recently bought ham and it was slimy and sour. We had bought their veggie patties and half of them had expired. So, it looks like they don't rotate their food items well. Overall, based on our experience, this place has some room for improvement.

This is my favorite Costco location out of all the locations I have been to so far in Maryland. It never seems as crowded as going to any other Costco. It is easy to find a parking space. The food stand after checkout is pretty quick with getting you what you ordered. One of the most important features the gas station they have. They have self-checkout lines.

I ordered new tires to be put on my car and made an appointment online for installation. I arrived almost 45 min early to see if they could take my car early. They said they would, and I left them my keys. Not only did they take 5 hours to put tires on my car - far neglecting the 1 hour appointment that it was supposed to be, but they did not install all of the caps to two of my tires. The tires looked used in daylight as well. Then, i found out 4 days later my caliper was leaking. When I took my car to a local mechanic they told me that both my back tires had lug nuts put on improperly and had to BREAK THEM to get my tires off. They had to drill out the studs to fix the caliper. Long story short - the money i would have saved buying tires and installation at Costco Arundel Mills cost me in them doing a poor installation and then DAMAGING MY CAR and NOT telling me. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

I always love costco and this is no exception. Clean environment, great selection of foods and brands and competitive pricing. There meats are alot pricier than some competitors but everything else is on par especially the food court food. Also cheap premium gas. Totally worth it.

Good selection of food and other items but there never seems to be enough people working on the registers regardless of how long the lines are.

I have a medication that is usually not in stock, and they always order it for me and keep me updated on when it is going to come in. I have been to a few pharmacies that i have to keep calling to see when my meds are ready, or updates on stocking, and Costco has been a breath of fresh air. Also the cashiers are very friendly ☺️

This is one of my favorites... I'm always here it's like a super Target... just in bulk Came for a new printer and ink since mines had the blue screen of death in all my years in IT I've never seen the blue screen of death on a printer. Picked up a few weekly essentials and fruits... check out was a breeze and fun with Colleen and the cashier.. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

I recently had a bad experience with another pharmacy (with 2 nearby locations) and decided to transfer my prescription to Costco. It is an expensive injection for migraine prevention that requires special handling. The Costco pharmacist contacted my old pharmacy and handled the transfer, though they had to give up on them and reach out to my provider instead. (They were left on hold indefinitely.)Once the orders were obtained, the pharmacist called to let me know it would take a day to order my medication and that it would be available after 3pm. I also received a confirmation text when it was ready. When I went in to pick up the medication, it was available as promised. That was actually a big deal, because the other pharmacy had told me it was ready but then made me wait an hour after arriving to access the medication. There was no counting/sorting/etc. needed, because it's a measured and refrigerated injection. They were just too overwhelmed to be efficient. No such problem at Costco. There was only one person ahead of me in line when I arrived in the late afternoon, and it was quick and easy to pay (using a discount from the manufacturer, which I should've provided to Costco ahead of time, but the staff fixed this for me without complaint). The pharmacy was clean, fast, and reliable. It was a much better experience than I've had with any other chain pharmacy in the area.

The pharmacists take forever to fill your prescription here. I've waited several times after being told it will take 20 minutes, I end up waiting almost an hour. Please manage your service better, it's extremely frustrating.

Costco is a favorite of mine. During the pandemic when lines were long they were very organized in getting people in and out quickly. Cashiers have always been pleasant.
