Costco Pharmacy is located within a Costco warehouse that many customers describe as a favorite location. It is noted for being less crowded than other area stores, with easy parking and shorter lines. The store has a good selection of food and typical go-to items, and the environment is generally clean. The staff and pharmacy employees are frequently described as friendly and helpful. Additional appreciated features include a gas station with competitive fuel prices and a quick food stand. However, the pharmacy itself has had mixed experiences, with prescriptions sometimes being out of stock and requiring ordering, which can take from one day to several. The broader store has room for improvement according to some reviews. Issues include occasional expired food items on shelves, poor rotation of stock leading to spoiled products like slimy ham, and some non-food items of terrible quality that rust or are unusable. The baked goods can be inconsistent, sometimes having a strange taste or missing seals, and the store does not provide refunds for them. At times, there also seem to be too few cashiers working despite long checkout lines. Overall, while many love Costco and find this location convenient with competitive pricing, experiences with the pharmacy and certain food items can be disappointing.
Inconsistent enforcement of legal and insurance procedures and documentation.

Not my go to Costco by any means but since I was nearby, I decided to stop in for the few items I needed. I found what I was looking for. Parking wasn't terrible. This location is smaller than my usual one in Beltsville. Employees are friendly and helpful. I won't go out of my way to come back but I'm glad it's here!

I always love costco and this is no exception. Clean environment, great selection of foods and brands and competitive pricing. There meats are alot pricier than some competitors but everything else is on par especially the food court food. Also cheap premium gas. Totally worth it.
