Awesome help in this location. They were busy, but I felt valued as a customer. We were returning an online order and they were very helpful and even helped us with paying the extra penny we owed, even though I offered. Both gentlemen working were awesome team members that seemed as though they really enjoyed their jobs. I will return even though I live over an hour away!

I returned a shoe that was supposed to be a Christmas gift but was never opened and needed it to get exchanged and they were really nice with helping me out with that process.

I chose to visit the Converse store outlet in Arundel Mills and at 11:00am I waited only to discover the store wasn’t opened for its patrons, I even waited an additional 15 minutes while the person opening was getting head gear and his cash register prepared. These business tasks should be done in proper timing to open its doors for business as stated on the store front window. My time is very valuable and I don’t appreciate these sort of bad business practices.
