Rooms: Room was good, clean and comfortable, little outdated but clean. We had big smart Tv to enjoy ?
Safety: There was 24/7 front desk staff and you have to have in house guest permissions to be able to go to the room or your name have to be on the reservation to get to the room key! Even my door dash was stopped by front desk staff to ask where were they going and asked me if had told them my room number to drop my food off at the room door.
Food & drinks: I like the fact that they had in house restaurant and I don’t have to leave the hotel to go eat and Good food too.

I do not recommend.
Rooms: I don't recommend it. We arrived in the evening and everything was fine until suddenly at 1 a.m. it started raining from the ceiling. Our entire bathroom was flooded. We wanted another room but no one wanted to give it to us. We called the fire brigade and then they dealt with the massacre.

This hotel is very deployable. They do not clean rooms until third day. You cannot request your room to be cleaned. They tired to keep your deposit. Staff have no clue of the job. It stinks in the room, the carpet in the room was filthy, you need a ticket for breakfast, the potatoes wasn't completely cooked, the juice was bad smelled spoiled. It was a disgrace. Please don't stay there please don't bring kids either. They get ?

The parking lot smelled like B.O. and Garbage. When we checked in staff was friendly. They charge a refundable $100 deposit fee on top of room fee. There is a shuttle to the airport. Both elevators were missing inspections slips. When we got to the 3rd floor the whole floor smelled like cigarettes and garbage.
Our room was missing the latch lock, but did have a dead bolt. The smoke detector had a bag over it that we had to remove. And the bathroom area was rundown and smelt like the hallway.
Under the bed covers the sheets were a mess and one had stains on it like they weren't washed. There was no evidence of bed bugs.
Walls were paper thin and you can HEAR your neighbors.
In the morning there was cockroaches crawling on the floor in the bathroom floor and wall.
We won't be staying again
Safety: Staying here is a health risk.

This place is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff is useless and the rooms are nowhere up to code. The ac was leaking which had the whole floor soaked! There was several stains on the floor and even a dried bit of throw up under the desk in the room. The light to the bathroom did not work and in the middle of the night we found cockroaches crawling on the walls by the bed. I was unable to sleep in the room so I stayed awake in the lobby itching my skin! I am actually writing this review from the lobby computer which barely works. Long story short spend the extra couple of bucks and stay in a better place!

We were looking for a reasonable room because our electric power went out again due to stormy weather. The Clarion was listed as a 3 star hotel. We visited three and four star hotels before, and this was definitely NOT a three star. The young lady who checked us in was pleasant, but the room and overall facility were old and very unpleasant to the eyes.

This hotel is dirty with roaches the staff is very rude. House keeping is the worse room was not cleaned. Went to the lobby and reported the room was not cleaned and I had no wash clothes and towels, the staff gave me a towel what a mess. Don't stay here.

Nearby activities: Recently had a personal issue I was dealing with and was so thankful that ONE of the staff members well off the clock stopped in the parking lot with kind words and good advice and truly made my day. I'm so thankful for that she went out of her way

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would. I came from out of town for a event we scheduled at this location. For the amount of money we spent for this hotel you would expect exceptional service. It was not, o say the least. #1 the hotel and rooms are not clean. They had to change our rooms 5 times because the rooms were so bad. Didn't get in a room until the next day and the hotel has the nerve to not want to accommodate us. It was just not me, several people have made complaints on this hotel. The manager on duty Miss Rosa was not friendly and continues to give us the run around to not compensate us even though it was clearly an issue on their end. When we called the hotel to speak with her, she left us on hold for 15 minutes and then disconnected the line. If you want a dirty hotel with bad service and raggedy rooms with roaches --- You will love this hotel, otherwise save your money because you definitely deserve better. I will put reviews on this hotel on every site that I can because this is unacceptable and do not want anyone to go thru what I did.

Me and my family came here last night and it was AMAZING the staff is freaking awesome especially the owner, nice rooms very clean , beautiful pool and nice complementary breakfast. There is also a restaurant in the hotel and the food there was amazing I will definitely be coming back very soon

I was able to get some rest! We checked in and the room they had put is in had mold in the bathroom so they gave us a different room, when we woke up, I notice the ceiling was leaking and we spotted a cockroach. The place wasn’t really clean! When we spoke to the front desk it seemed like it was not a big deal! I guest if your looking for a cheap place to stay go right ahead and book your stay
