I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this company. Due to their own inaccurate billing practices, both myself and another client were incorrectly billed. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they sent a collection account to my credit report, making me accountable for charges that were never valid in the first place.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has unfairly impacted my credit. Despite their errors, they have failed to provide a satisfactory resolution or even acknowledge their role in the issue. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company, as their handling of billing and customer concerns is seriously lacking.
I am expecting immediate action to rectify this situation, but based on my experience thus far, I am not optimistic.

Always helpful and looking out for me with my late payments I just hope they will continue being understanding whenever I’m running behind. I just wish there was someway to make my insurance cheaper.

If I could give zero stars I would. Have been dealing with an invoice from a restoration company since 2021. Chamberlain and the people working there, Do not help. They said they were going to fix the situation with the invoice because we do not owe this company money, I’m still getting letters from the lawyer Regarding this amount, and now it’s more than doubled.

Karen is the best she is always there to help us when we need it. I am very please and happy with Karen being my insurance agent. Thanks for all you do. And that is what you need and want when you need to use your insurance…someone who cares.You can always find insurance companies; however, you cannot find agents who care for you like you are family….that’s the kind of service Karen gives to all her clients

Incompetent and idiots. They screwed me over and raised my insurance. If you need to have them put a spy device in your car to get a discount then you are stupid.

Karen and Lisa are absolutely the best. I love these girls. They work with you help you and guide you. They are not even local to be but I want change I can't even explain how wonderful they really are. I definitely recomend them over any place even it its cheaper the time and closeness is wonderful with them. They have a great team and they know what they are doing.

When and if I have any questions for the Chamberlain Group regarding my home or auto insurances, there is never any hesitating to provide a knowledgeable answer and or if they’re unavailable when my call is placed they’re always returned promptly..

The absolute greatest agent I have ever had in 20 years of insurance! Recently my car was stolen, and although out of town and on vacation, Karen took care of everything for me. She didn't have to personally answer my call, she could have sent me to the call center, but instead she reassured me it would be ok! My dream car I waited 15 years for was gone but Karen had my wife and I ready to go with in a week! I could ask for better! Thank you again Karen!!

I'm an out of state customer but makes no difference to Karen & Lisa. They are always a phone call or an email away. You can count on them to land the plane.
