“From pickup to drop off I have always had a good experience with National. I was able to select a vehicle quickly upon pickup, the agent at the exit had a smile, asked me some questions about where I was traveling and suggested a tolling transponder for my trip that would ultimately save me money. The vehicle I rented was brand new, less than 300 miles on it. The return process was frictionless and I felt that overall my experience was better than with other brands.”
“Picked up and returned car at Enterprise. Only complaint was that they did not indicate what to do if you checked in on-line. We waited in line for 15 minutes until someone asked if anyone had checked in on line and gave instructions. Otherwise, easy to get to and find on return. Very transparent on costs.”
“The owner picked me up near BWI and I had my car about fifteen minutes later. I saved a lot of money over renting at the airport location (which requires a shuttle ride from and to the airport) and the vehicle was entirely satisfactory. Plan on using Uber/Lyft/a taxi to get back to BWI; I used MTA and it takes half an hour to walk to the bus stop, sometimes in a busy road. I highly recommend Easy Car Rental.”
“When I want a ride to the airport I do not call a cab. I rely soley on Baltimore Limo to pick me up on time and get me to whatever airport my flight is leaving from. When I come back I know that BWI airport Limo will have a driver waiting for me. Why would I want to risk waiting for a cab that may not show up. My job is too important. When travel in and out of Annapolis , the airport transfer from Baltimore Limo is the only option for me.”

“It depends which rental company you choose. Hertz, Budget, Avis, Enterprise, National, Alamo, Sixt have no lines.
The long wait times are at Dollar and Thrifty. Their rates are the lowest, so if you don't mind waiting in line an extra hour, you won't have any other issues.
The staff I encountered were polite and patient, both at the counter and in the lot. I wish I could thank them individually, but I didn't catch their names.
Drop off is fast and efficient.”
“Staff is outstanding; efficient, informative and friendly. Only one observation: the check in counter is at the far right end and around the corner of the rental car facility. On the plus side, the check in counter is on the way to the car pick up area.”
“The woman who was working on 12/8 at about 10am was so wonderful, I wish I'd gotten her name. I've never rented a car on my own (usually my husband handles it) and she was very patient answering my questions and pleasant engaging me in conversation about where I was going and congratulating me on my new job. I rented the surprise car. (Managers special I think its called) and she gave me an electric car! I was very grateful as all of their other cars were taken and it was a 1-3 hour wait for the other cars even with a reservation. They announced the wait to the line while I was paying and someone behind me in line was talking to his kids very loudly about how the workers were IDIOTS and how he was going to have to deal with these Idiots etc. I just know she had to deal with that guy after I left and she was so sweet, it wasn't her fault the cars were out, and she didn't deserve that verbal abuse and negativity. Just be nice to workers, they are trying to make a living and they don't want to tell you bad news any more than you want to hear it.”

“I thought about changing my reservation due to all the negative reviews but decided not to. They were great. There was no line when I arrived but being a Gold member I was able to bypass any way and go pick out my car. There was a ton of cars to choose from. Returning before they were open was also easy. Would rent from this location again.”
“Except for a very long line, the experience was great. Got a better vehicle than expected, and the staff was very nice and helpful. If you have Avis preferred, it is even easier to pick up. The vehicle was in good condition, and there were multiple options available to choose from.”
“I recently rented a car from Dollar and had a positive experience overall. Despite a slight delay in finding a car initially, the staff efficiently located one from Hertz, which was a nice touch. The car itself was in good condition, and I left the rental location feeling satisfied and happy with my choice. Would recommend!”
