We live quite a distance away, in town to do some shopping bc we don't have much. So our 3 yo has to go to the bathroom. We'll their bathroom is locked, which is good. With clothes in our hand, staff tells us to go into the mall, farther away, bc its easier for the staff to send us away. So we drop the clothes and now Burlington gets no money from us. In their eyes may not be alot and nor do they likely care about their customer but we wonder why malls and brick and mortar are going down.

Don’t go the Burlington Arundel mills hanover I have really bad experience with customer service the guy at security and the sales lady really behaves bad and smells racism that are really rude and don’t care customers just treat people badly and rudely

I love Burlington and always take the opportunity to go to the cities I visit. A department store with wonderful stock where you can find great things for the whole family. I was very happy with my purchase.

Management is lacking. Customer service is lacking. Loss prevention male staff tend to be more aggressive demanding and rude. A simple please ma’am may I see your receipt , or a simple may I help you ma’am would go along way. Cashiers make mistakes but to avoid being apprehended by security rudely it would be greatly appreciated if they checked thoroughly and removed all sensors from items. Also staff stocking during store hours while your trying to shop then acting like your in there way is definitely an issue. This Hanover location needs major improvement all the way around.
