The best auto body shop I have ever encountered in my lifetime! They are efficient, professional and responsive in all matters concerning your vehicle. Stacie is very professional and will call you to update you on whatever is going on and estimated time of service. On a road trip from Canada, I punctured the sidewall of my tire on an angle iron on a curb. Worse, this was during bad weather so there was plenty of auto work to go around.Boulevard was GREAT, they were able to repair it quickly at a fair price! Friendly staff who went out of their way to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. Definitely recommend!

I sadly had a hit & run on my car and heard of Boulevard Collision through my car insurance. Stacie and Bobby are amazing people with great customer service!! I recently was in an accident where I experienced damage to the front end of my car. I have been a customer of Boulevard in the past and was very happy with my experience, so it was a given to bring my vehicle there again. Bobby and Stacie were very accommodating with getting my car in the shop immediately and were a great help with assisting me with my rental car. Stacie provided me with updates during the entire stay of my vehicle and gave me great peace of mind. I picked up my car today and It looked brand new! The pick up process was seamless and I was able to leave my rental car at Boulevard where they would contact Enterprise to pick up. I highly recommend Boulevard Collision to anyone needing vehicle repairs!! They also offer brake and tire services as well!!A great family-owned small business!Services: Steering & suspension repair

Yes, I booked an appointment with them or at least I thought I did to fix my vehicle. They let me know nothing was available until this week. I seen the reviews, and I thought it would be a great place to get my vehicle fixed through insurance. My vehicle was hit from behind while it was parked, and I was in the grocery store. They may do great work, but sadly it was overshadowed by whoever their receptionist may be. She was extremely rude, spoke in a very condescending manner, and kept cutting me off every time I was genuinely trying to understand and see where the disconnect was happening. I was speaking on getting my vehicle towed there, and her exact response was “You’re not about to get nothing towed.” I had to let her know she was being rude, considering I’m a customer and not to cut me off. By that time, I didn’t even want to do business there, and I told her I’ll find somewhere else. Maybe she had a bad day or something, but that doesn’t justify being disrespectful to people.Service: Body & Trim

I went to Boulevard Collision on 12/30/2022. I had a minor issue with some trim because the clip had come out. Bobby fixed it right away in less than a minute. I asked him what I owed and he said no charge. I shook his hand, thanked him, and wished him a Happy New Year!Service: Body & Trim

Incredibly nice and honest people run this shop. After going to my insurance company's "preferred" shop and being unimpressed with the speed and quality of their work, I gave Boulevard a shot. They did a great job repairing one of our cars earlier this year, and when I was disappointed that my insurance company required replacing the damaged towing hitch with a smaller OEM model, Bobby paid for and installed the higher capacity hitch that I wanted out of his own pocket. I just brought them another car that was hit by a deer, and Bobby adjusted the panels that had popped out of place and replaced a blinker bulb free of charge because I was an existing customer.
