Poor customer service!!!$49 iPhone promotion caught my attention, when I inquired about new phone service employee stated that it’ll be an additional $49, so I asked to see the phone, employee stated with annoyance “only if your buying it” while rolling her eyes. I would never buy merchandise without seeing what I am paying for!I’ve had boost mobile phone services in the past and have never been treated in such manner and because of today’s interaction I don’t think I’ll ever get it again!!

Sorry but I visited today the Hispanic lady wasn't very approchable didn't seem helpful. And didn't explain that your phone can not switch over if your Carrier was with Sprint. She asked for the number but didn't explain what for had me get the account number and all just to find out I wasn't able to switch phones. Even tho I have boost. But the phone I got approved for was with Sprint. And cost of extra giga bites is way too high for just one.

Had to upgrade my phone. Been with Boost Mobile for over 12 years just wish that would count for something on my upgrade prices. Gotta say I love my LG phones tho. Android for life.

I would recommend 100% coming here they are very helpful & don't screw you over . Unlike other boost mobile stores . And they are a 5 out of 5 with customer service as well .
