Amazing! Clearly marked (with dated) shipping labels on (already expired) out of date product is not enough (information) to warrant replacement or credit. Belair’s owner claims they have a ‘48 hour return policy’ on products they deliver - regardless if they were expired upon delivery. But they did not disclose this crazy rule until after their delivery driver came and picked up the out of date product they knowingly delivered. Buyers beware - never have I experienced such poor customer service. Check your dates, and certainly don’t let them purposely send you expired/out of date product in hopes you won’t catch it until after their 48 hour window. I want to reiterate, for clarification, Belair sent their driver to pick up the items that were delivered (by them) already out of date, but now refuses to refund the purchase price. So not only have I paid for the items, I don’t have the items. They knew when they shipped the items that the ‘use by date’ had expired.

It’s so sad to say that today I have encountered a very unprofessional and extremely poor management so far being a truck driver.I arrived here at 7:00 AM to drop off the from Yuma, AZ. They gave us dock at 7:15 Am and it’s is now to exact 2:30 PM in the afternoon and I am still out here waiting for them to unload and give me paperwork. When I approached the owner about the situation, instead of him being professional, about the circumstances which his team of workers caused me under his substandard management, or be apologetic for wasting 7 hours, of my time , or to going about doing some thing to fix the problem which is causing the delay. He started to behaving in an unpleasant manner, and got extremely rude as if it’s my fault for their unprofessional working ethic and if that wasn’t enough He the owner told us to not come back there! My advice for other trucking companies are not do business with BelAir Produce if they want to save money and time !!!!

This is an aggressive truck driver on the highway report. I was driving off the ramp from route 100 to 97. One of this company’s drivers was behind me on the ramp. I was going the speed limit. Apparently, I wasn’t going fast enough for this company’s driver. He started tailgating my car, honking his horn and flashing his lights. I looked in my rear view mirror and he was just a few feet from my bumper. When I got to the merge area, he cut me off so I couldn’t merge onto 97. I almost had an accident. His truck had the number 52 on the bumper. This incident occurred on September 21, 2022 between 7:00 am and 7:15 am. This company needs to train this driver to drive with care on the road. He is a liability and a menace to fellow drivers.

This is one of the worst places to deliver to the sign on the door says deliveries start at 10pm to 8am no one came to work until midnight. Then the supervisor said he'll let me know when he was ready but they took the driver that came after me first and it's now 0220 and I've been sitting out on the road for over 4 hours. I'm advising my company to stop delivering here. No professionalism at all was told that he is the truck loader and the unload crew comes in at 0700. I advise not to deliver to this place.

I never take the time to write a review but I felt like this was extremely important for everyone to read. I am a small business owner. Our restaurant has been in business for 45 years and I have never seen a company handle their business worse then Belair. I place my orders 3-4 Times a week. Pay on time even during the pandemic I made sure that Belair got their money even when I know a lot of business were not paying their bills. I learned that they were over charging us on our produce and I was matching it with the price list they sent . I was being overcharged $10 a case on tomatoes $8 a case on Cantaloupe just on one invoice and I am sure if you own a business you know how this could add up. So I decided to look back at a few of my invoices and match them with the price list for that week and sure enough it was happening every week but on different items so I decided for the first time to ask my sales rep to have a manager contact me. Also, I might add they never would send me a statement for the month of what I owed even when I would ask for one. That was strange it itself. Anyway, my sales rep got back to me and told me the owner Chad I think his name is would not be calling me back. I was kind of surprised by his answer so I said " he won't be calling me back today?' and my sales rep said ' no, never he is too afraid of the winter months coming and since their would be no outside seating he is too afraid he will go out of business AND he just doesn't want to deal with anything right now. So I said , is this a joke? so no one is going to call me ever? no manager? and he said ' no, I work part-time for this company now and go to school since they cant pay me enough and I don't have a lot time plus the owner said he won't be sending out price lists anymore either to anyone.' I felt like I was in the twilight zone at the moment. That is just bad business. I decided to wait a week and call the main number when I spoke to someone and told them the story they couldn't believe this is the way it was handled and they said someone would call me immediately. A week went by and nothing. So I called again and Melissa in charge of accounting was again taken back by the conversation I had with my sales rep and said we are going to take care of this immediately It has been another 5 days. I will tell you I am really surprised by their responses and the fact that it has been handled this way. It could of been an easy fix but to hear the owner does not care at all about an excellent client who always paid on time and to be treated this way is unforgivable. Clearly, something is seriously going down at Belair Produce.

This address is wrong! The building is at intersection (park cir dr/parkway dr) on the right.Why don’t you put sign or something? GPS fulls drivers and you didn’t fix this mistake.
