I purchased a Cartier style bangel for men 10 Carats, a 4.5 Carat diamond band for men, and just bought my wife a 4 Carat diamond band. The owner "K" was very helpful and patient with us. He was very informative on the jewelry and explained in great details about the diamonds. He also gave us a great discount. I recommend his service ?.

I bought my stud earrings from their Instagram page. I was bit nervous to buy such item online. It was worth $3600. But as soon as I spoke to Nick, he made me feel very comfortable. He sent me pictures. Nick was sopatient to answer all my crazy questions, making sure that my stud earrings arrived safely. It was absolutely gorgeous, stunning as it was on their Instagram story. It came in with nice package and certificate. I later went totheir physical location and order a custom piece for myself. No doubt, they made a brilliant piece for me for the price I paid. Nick is absolutely noble and amazing man who takes care of customers and making sure thatthey are happy. I definitely recommend this amazing shop.

Do not buy jewelry from here. There is no warranty on the jewelry. I spent $3500 in August on a gold Cuban link chain. The lock broke on it very easy and I was told that i would have to pay $200 to be fixed since it had to be sent out and that it would take 2 weeks to repair. It actually took 1.5 days to repair and I was still charge me $200 even though it wasn’t sent out. I will never purchase jewelry from this store. I left there and purchased jewelry from a better store that actually provides a warranty for the customer.

Do not buy jewelry from here. Warranty only covers a portion of the chain. The lock on my chain broke 1.5 months after purchasing and was told that I would have to pay $200 to repair because it had to be send out and will take 2 weeks to repair. It took 1.5 days to repair and was not sent out but still ended up paying $200. Horrible store.

Outstanding customer service.My wife and I worked with Joy on replacing a lost diamond from her engagement ring and a marquis cut onyx for another ring.Joy found the same clarity and quality the original diamond was.Both rings look absolutely beautiful.We are completely satisfied and both agree, we will be an Artisan's customer for life.Quality work.Very fair price.Easy 5 stars
