Our home inspection was extremely thorough, and the two inspectors very good communicators cycling back with updates at opportune intervals in the process. Sunny is extremely knowledgeable and good at transmitting information about features and systems in an understandable and practical way. I highly recommend 1st American Home inspections.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! My inspector, Henry Toman, was very professional, had a pleasant demeanor and took the time to explain and educate me on the details of the home's systems (plumbing, heating and electrical) and structure. He has a keen attention to detail, and I trust the recommendations he made in the inspection report. Buying a home can be stressful so I appreciate when I get the opportunity to work with companies like 1st American Home Inspections, LLC. I HIGHLY recommend them.

American Home inspection was amazing. They were very thorough inspecting the home and gave excellent details of what need to be done. The pdf report they give is so easy to read with pictures and arrows to show exactly just what needed to be done. So polite. They made us feel very comfortable. Highly recommend American Home inspection. Sonny and Tina are Fantastic!!

Sonny with 1st American Home Inspections is very knowledgeable about the homes that he inspects. His professionalism and responsiveness are exceptional. Sonny and Tina make an outstanding home inspection team. We didn't buy rhe house they inspected for us, but I will be sure to use them when we find the next right one.
