By far the worst Sheetz experience I’ve ever had. We ordered three burritos and all the ingredients were mixed up. They were all mislabeled as well. Clearly understaffed and rushed, plus the single bathroom was filthy. I’d rather wait in line at the crowded Breezewood location.
Only positive was the friendly cashier.

Went in a few weekends ago ..the store smelled like mold...floor was black and sticky..ordered a hot chocolate they said they couldn't make it because they didn't have the powder for it ..I worked at Sheetz for 12 years and there's no powder for a white hot chocolate it's chocolate syrup so I told her there is no powder needed for it she apologized then made my drink...cup was sticky on the outside she slopped chocolate all over it and it was barley warm...tasted like she added hot water to it ..then i go to get my money back ..as soon as i walked up she knew i wanted a refund without saying a word so she knew it was wrong and she had no idea how to refund it through the register and after 10 minutes says she has to reorder it on the order screen ...needless to say i told her to keep the $4.00 and walked out with nothing ...what has happened to the sheetz tcf and care ...this store is disgusting...I will never go back..

Very friendly people. They're all and respectful and the place is very clean, organized. They have fresh products, they got everything you want and so much more. Very convenient for travelers and just everydays.

This sheetz was pretty sketchy. Could be because I had to stop late at night. There were so many interesting characters and the bathroom line was so long. Staff there was kind however so that was a plus

This is the worst sheetz I have been to. The parking lot is cramped and there is only one restroom for men and women combined, so there is generally a multiple person long wait.

As a matter of fact, I have been to this Sheetz multiple times. This is not the only Sheetz I have ever been to with a single unisex restroom, but I do recall finding a Sheetz with a single unisex restroom in Kearneysville. This Sheetz has the restroom line busy but my turn just comes when the previous person is finished. There is a stainless steel sink at this location but it’s only for employees. The bathroom in fact has a porcelain sink. Last time I was here was just December 17, 2023.

It's 9/25/2023 at 7:25 pm. I arrived here at Sheetz and ordered two milk shakes at 6:57. Here I stand still waiting for my order 28 minutes later along with another lady who was here prior to my arrival and she too ordered two shakes. She just finally received hers and they was not made correctly, but she refused to wait any longer and walked out shaking her head. This sheetz has by far got to be the worst sheetz I've ever been in along with the slowest. Everytime I come in which is a few times a week, it's always got paper towels on the floor covering up spills and paper towels around the one cooler in the front that holds the fruits and pre maid sandwiches. The coolers for the beverages are never stocked. There is only 1 restroom in the store which usually causes there to be a line for the restroom forming in front on the front doors of the store and it makes it difficult for customers to enter and exit the establishment. The only thing good I can say about this Sheetz is the employees are always very polite. Perhaps is the store wasn't so small and if they has more employees working each shift they wouldn't have some of these problems.
