I was given main street motors phone number from Napa assistance since I just had a repair done. As soon as Curtis answered, he demonstrated care and compassion. Once he knew I was safe, he had a tow truck on the way. Although the news was no compression in my 2 nd cylinder, so I was stranded. He offered me a loaner car to get food. His employee used his truck to help me get a tow dolly from U-Haul. They assisted with loading and securing my vehicle when my husband arrived. I had many hours to sit and watch the concern for each customer . Always calm and professional when unexpected customers rolled in.
