I would rather go to the dentist for a root canal than spend one more second at the Hampstead Verizon store. One employee incapable of multi-tasking. Waited forever only to be dismissed … duhhh, we don’t have those. Unbelievable!!

I was reading the previous reviews on this verizon store. And I just have to say I'm shocked by the comment by nawana. And if she was at my buisness acting like that id probably tell her to not ever come back too. You cant please everyone in customer service. And from the looks of it it took a year for you to realize something was wrong?? I had no issues when I changed my phone from boost to Verizon. The store manager Wes walked me through everything I had to do by canceling my old service/number and getting a new number. He even explained every step on my old service to new service. Even getting me a watch on top of the new phone. He even answered all my questions even when i called back the next few days with questions. Wes, you are amazing at what you do. I recommend this store to anyone.

We’ve been Verizon customers for years and had no complaints. About a year ago, I went to the store to upgrade 2 Iwatches. Gave my old two, and walked out with 2 new ones. I never thought to check my plan online because I never thought this store would do this! But come to find out the employee who helped me had apparently added two watches to my plan without my approval!!!. Called the store to talk to the manager. And the guy who identified as the manager from the beginning refused that this happened, and later said he’d look at the footage. I said great! Because it’ll show what happened. Then he was backing off. I asked for who his manager was. He refused to give a contact number and hang up said I was banned from the store! (Seriously, why would he think I would want to go back to that store? To be robbed again?!?)
Oh and before he hang up, he said I know who you are. You’re the lady who drives a *make up of my car”. Now to think about it, what was that supposed to mean? This is a threat?!!
All these years, we’ve been loyal clients and looks like this is how they make money, by cheating! Come to find out, I was paying for two watches for over a year.
Why would I even want to go to this store after they did this to me. Needless to say I’ll be closing all my business with them. But certainly I can say that my experience was pleasant employees at the store. But horrible business ethics, cheating their loyal customers!
Update: right after I wrote this review, the guy who identified as the manager called back, saying the call was recorded and asked when this employee who dealt with me in the incident could call back. I said that I was glad the call was recorded and said that I no longer wanted to talk to the employee or the person on the phone who identified as the manager. But wanted to talk to the store owner or his manger. So he hang up saying you won’t talk to anyone then!
Wow wow wow!!!! I really hope Verizon or this store owner gets hold of these conversations so he/she could find out what’s really going on!!!
