“I don’t particularly like the practice of inspecting my car for everything that I didn’t bring it in for, because hear me out. I have been charged for this by Previous shops and I feel like they are trying to upsell me when I just want my car fixed.. Jeremy convinced me that they actually do this at no cost and for my benefit. They had to buy extra tools just to diagnose my car, no extra cost to me. The part I needed for one of my repairs were not available locally so they did a work around to keep me going until the part comes in. Every thing that Jones auto care did for me was straight up, pricing was correct and I believe I have found an honest and talented repair shop that cares about treating people right not taking advantage of them.

“Love the full service gas and the kind people that work there. Today I discovered a slow leak in my tire to find a screw in it. I stopped in there and they got me right in and within 20 minutes I was back on the road. Good old fashion hometown auto parts store with good people and gas prices, highly recommend.”
“Last weekend, the alternator in my car died. The problem was that I needed to have it towed almost 100 miles, and I needed to ride with the driver. AAA said they had no way to convey the message to the driver and they couldn't guarantee he would be able to take me. Sure enough, when Biz got to my car, he knew nothing about it. Even though he really didn't have room, he moved things around so I could ride in the truck comfortably. My car and I were treated great for the 2 hour drive. Biz was very pleasant and stopped frequently on the highway to make sure the car straps were secure. He navigated the backroads to the shop like a pro. My car was in good hands. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend the driver (Biz) and the tow company.”
“A few days ago, I realized by car had become victim to the viral TikTok trend in regard to stealing Kias. However, whoever attempted to steal mine could not get it started, they just absolutely destroyed my steering column. I called Buzzy and explained the situation. He told me he is more than willing to come get my car but referred me to another towing company that was closer and therefore would be cheaper. On top of that, he had me send him a photo of the damage to the steering column so he could assess the damage to see if there was anyway to get the car started and avoid towing altogether. Then, when I called the towing company he recommended, they didn't pick up, so he called them himself to get ahold of them! Buzzy truly went above and beyond in more than one way for me.”

“We had some, what turned into serious, issues with our van. They were very courteous and professional in dealing with the van and our frustrations.
They worked to get it right in the end (it wasn't their fault to begin with). They even dropped the van off to my wife's work so she would have it to ride home.
Good people and their process was awesome. They took pictures of the assessments, then you could choose what you wanted to get fixed and they provided progress messages along the way. Very cool and felt good to see what they were talking about.
The pictures and videos they sent of the troubleshooting process helps so much to build trust. I didn't feel like I was being taken for at all.
