“Good experience with Tevis (primarily Jeff)
1) Tevis is able to install propane plumbing inside for fireplaces … our previous propane supplier could not do that plumbing work so we would’ve had to use outside contractors . This was convenient.
2) had a last minute issue during the fireplace install (fireplace installed by Dr Mario’s … highly recommend ). With less than 24 hours notice Tevis sent an employee to collaborate with Dr Mario to ensure a proper and safe propane / fireplace installation .
A nice upgrade in the future would be to be able to read propane tank levels from your phone on a website or app. But there is a gauge on the tank so this isn’t an issue for us .
Finally - props to Jeff in fast and effective communication . He is a critical Tevis employee .”
