“I was recently told by my propane provider that I was too small to continue to service. I went to google and found Tevis. From beginning to end these folks have been amazing. I called, talked to someone at their office, who was professional and friendly, understood my problem and told me they could help. She called back 20 minutes later with an appointment for a site survey for the following Monday, and apologized that she couldn't get it sooner(this was a Wednesday), but the timing seemed perfectly reasonable to me. Jeff came to my house, he was knowledgeable, explained all the service options and even answered my questions about adding propane heat later this year. Fast forward 7 days, the guys come to install the equipment, explained everything and were very friendly and professional. They got everything setup and told me they would put me in for delivery ASAP but it could be up to a week. Literally the next morning, a Tevis truck rolls up, fills the tank and Im back to cooking. Great team all around!”

“The staff in the Suburban Westminster Office are very nice and after I called to inform them of how low my fuel tank was, they were able to deliver fuel to me within a week after my call and before we ran out. However, the delivery person still doesn't leave the ticket or invoice on my door, as requested several times, indicating how much fuel was delivered. I happened to see the truck pull out of my driveway and then checked the fuel gauge and noticed they over filled my tank (more than 80%).”
