My daughter recently received flowers from Petals Flowers and Gifts.
We were thoroughly impressed. The arrangement was beautiful. I sent the sender a photo of the flowers that my daughter received, and she said that they looked even better than the photo she saw when she purchased online.
We were especially impressed that the delivery driver made sure that they did not sit on our south facing front porch In full sunlight. The flowers were tucked up next to our house in the back, keeping them protected from the sun.
I highly recommend!

Both ladies were very helpful & understanding as I was there to order flowers for my Mama’s visitation/funeral. I chose a pink casket spray with a heart shaped figurine in it & a heart shaped pillow with pink silk flowers. Both pieces were absolutely beautiful. Another family member ordered a heart shaped pink arrangement & other family/ friends ordered arrangements, which were beautiful as well. I will definitely recommend this shop to my friends & family. Thank you so much for creating these gorgeous arrangements.

This was my first experience with Petals Flowers & Gifts but it certainly will not be the last! I was looking for 2 large and 3 medium size arrangements for a baby shower. Their choices of colors and flowers was perfect! They were very easy and pleasant to work with. I could not have been happier with the arrangements.

I called this florist after procrastinating to get my mom’s flowers ordered. I’m in Florida and my mom is in Hampstead. I called them and just gave them a price I wanted to pay and they put together a beautiful arrangement for my mom’s birthday and delivered it same day! My mom LOVED the arrangement! That you for coming through for me!

I ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's day from a third party website and this business fulfilled the order... Even though the arrangement looked beautiful from far away but the quality of the flowers was absolutely disappointing. I don't know if they just used old flowers or if the arrangement got damaged by the delivery driver. I got a note saying they use the freshest flowers but that wasn't what I received. Very frustrating since it was the day before mother's day and my options were limited to find a replacement.

I highly recommend calling Petals Flowers anytime you need a beautiful floral arrangement! I'm not from Hampstead & initially selected them from their website. Both times I have used them, the arrangement of flowers have been exquisite

This lovely florist is what makes our small-town of Hampstead such a gem! They have the sweetest florists there that make the most magnificent personalized bouquets. They also offer prompt, responsive delivery service with their local, elite team of delivery drivers - I can't recommend this flower shop enough!!

I had called Petals Flowers & Gifts wanting the “Written in the Stars” sympathy bouquet that was advertised on their website. When I called to place the order, the lady on the phone said that they did not have any white lilies that were in full bloom but had orange, pink, and yellow. While I wasn’t sure if that was what I wanted at the time, I called back and said I would take the pink lilies that were in full bloom. The lady then told me that they didn’t have that exact vase either but that they had one similar and I agreed to the different vase as well. When I arrived, the bouquet was completely different. The pink lilies that I was told were in full bloom were mostly closed besides a few, and instead of the little white flowers advertised in the picture on their website they gave me purple flowers instead. The bouquet also had a ton of green in the mix which was also not advertised in the picture. Disappointed, I paid anyway. When I decided that I didn’t want to settle for a $70 bouquet that did not come as expected I went back into the store and kindly explained to one of the ladies working that this was not what I asked for. The lady was quickly irritated and began bickering back in forth with me instead of being understanding of my situation. I had just explained to her that my best friends dad had passed away and that these flowers meant a lot to me but this is not what I asked for. The lady had explained to me that this is exactly what I had ordered and I politely told her I was not looking to argue with her and that I would like a refund. Overall the customer service was rude and disturbing and quite frankly enraged me. I would not consider myself a particularly angry person if anything I felt ashamed to come back and return them after feeling guilty for going through with the purchase when I knew it was not what I wanted. I would not recommend coming to this place, especially if you are in a vulnerable position like losing a loved one. It is not worth your time!

My sister recently eloped and I wanted to send her flowers for the momentous occasion. I called the day before I needed them, sent a few sample photos, and they knocked it out of the park. Delivered the very next day to her house. Quality was great. Really excellent folks to work with. Thank you!
