“I have to admit how impressed I was with the service. Gary and Jay Bird did an exceptional job on my vehicle, getting an oil change and 4 tires, mounted, balanced ND installed in least than 1 hour. Excellent job gentlemen.”
“I brought my daughter's car in with an evap issue. Another garage had just replaced the purge valve and gas cap, but Auto Correct found the issue was rodent damage near the tank. They included photos with the estimate and worked with my insurance company so that I was reimbursed for that part of the work.
I was there again for a tire that was not holding air. They repairedit and helped me find the replacement tire at Walmart as they could not beat their price.
So far, they are two for two in terms of service, thoroughness and fairness. I'm sure I will be back, but hopefully it will be a bit before I need service again. :)”
“Brandon and James did my breaks, rotors and 2 oil changes done very quickly, I recommend ntb/mavis of Westminster to anyone that says they have issues going on with their vehicles or anyone that needs tires. They really seem to know what they’re talking about when it comes to care and repairs for vehicles.”
“This is the best shop in town. I’ve been a regular customer here for years and have had nothing but good experiences. Recently I made the mistake of taking my car to another place for an oil change because I had a coupon, and the other place told me my car needed $2100 worth of work. I didn’t quite trust that, so I took my car to Caples for a second opinion. Caples said I didn’t need any of the work, saving me $2100! Another time I tried to put air in my tires, but somehow I wound up letting a lot of air out instead, activating the low tire warning. I couldn’t figure out what I was doing wrong. I pulled into Caples at five minutes to close on a Friday and asked if they could help me. They put air in my tires, replaced one of valve stem caps that was messed up, didn’t make me feel like an idiot (even though I deserved it), and didn’t even ask for any money! If you want an honest shop that knows how to treat its customers, go to Caples.”
