This is the story of a girl who didn’t cry a river or drown the whole world thanks to the amazing staff at Millender’s Garage.I bought a car battery last year from a chain auto store, then had to warranty exchange it a short time ago. After an employee and the store’s frequent flyer mechanic swapped the battery in the chain’s parking lot, I thought I was good to go. WRONG!Two days after the swap, my car wouldn’t start. I called Millender’s, a Veteran owned & operated garage, and gave them the low down. They were able to squeeze my car in the next day for an evaluation and offered to tow me, but I took advantage of my AAA membership.Guess what? The battery wasn’t properly installed. I believe it was Kenny who checked out my car and reinstalled the battery correctly. Quick fix :)From my initial phone call to the quick turnaround, I was super happy with their professionalism and customer centric attitude to get me back on the road quickly, and safely!

Big Wess is extremely helpful and resourceful. Rig broke down and the new starter was diagnosed and taken care of ASAP the first time. Almost don't want to leave this review because I don't want him getting so busy they have a difficult time scheduling me in. I really do recommend them because they are affordable and accurate without the run around.

Wes and Crystal are wonderful to work with. Crystal is always pleasant when you call and in explaining why it may take "this amount of time" before they can get the work done and Wes is thorough and informative and does great work.
