“Dropped off a bridesmaid dress for a wedding I’m in. I was told I could pick it up the following Saturday at 3pm. Come that day I could not get there before closing at 6pm and they are closed on Sunday. Monday morning I get there to a sign saying they are closed for 10 days leaving me no way to get my dress in time for the wedding I am in. I left multiple messages on the phone with no return. There is no website or Facebook I could use to communicate either. They never told me they would be going on vacation and I would have a 3 hour window to pick up my dress. This is unacceptable business. Please if you are reading this reach out to me so I can get my dress before the wedding! I left multiple messages with my number on your listed phone.EDIT: situation was remedied. They made it right and met me to give me the dress in time for the wedding. I updated to 5 stars. “This is the nicest laundromat in Carroll County. It’s always clean, well-lit and the machines are in great working order. Amy, the owner, is extremely helpful and seems to always be there. It’s a full service laundromat, so you can drop your laundry off for Amy and her staff to do if you like. There is also a nice restroom and a laundry sink available. There are plenty of laundry carts and the aisles between banks of machines are wide enough to pass others easily. You get a laundry card that you can add funds to using cash or credit card.”

“My husband and I needed to get alterations done for a wedding we were going to be in. I needed my dress taken in & hemmed, my husband needed his vest taken in. To be honest I was very nervous to get alterations done because I had a very bad experience with alterations in the past. She did an amazing job!! My dress fit beautifully and my husbands vest fit perfect! She even saved the material she cut off my dress so I could make bows for my hair & shoes. Their prices are reasonable and the turn around time was fantastic. I definitely will be back for future alterations! If you do need alterations done call first before going to insure the lady that does the alterations is there.”
