“Dropped off a bridesmaid dress for a wedding I’m in. I was told I could pick it up the following Saturday at 3pm. Come that day I could not get there before closing at 6pm and they are closed on Sunday. Monday morning I get there to a sign saying they are closed for 10 days leaving me no way to get my dress in time for the wedding I am in. I left multiple messages on the phone with no return. There is no website or Facebook I could use to communicate either. They never told me they would be going on vacation and I would have a 3 hour window to pick up my dress. This is unacceptable business. Please if you are reading this reach out to me so I can get my dress before the wedding! I left multiple messages with my number on your listed phone.EDIT: situation was remedied. They made it right and met me to give me the dress in time for the wedding. I updated to 5 stars. “This place uses quarters and not those stupid prepaid cards!Mostly clean-ish. The machines I used worked well.No bathroom. No sink.Working change machine.A little awkward to walk to with bags of laundry because of where parking is relative to the doors.Overall a good laundry experience. It cost me 9 bucks for two washers and two dryers.”
