I originally had left a 5-star review after buying my car. I had a great experience with Alan, and he was very helpful.
However, I had to come back after buying my car. The manager Matt texted a coworker about me in front of my face, spoke down to me, which I am careful of as a female customer, and tried to undersell me a car after a policy wasn't explained well. These people just want your money- they WILL hide things from you just to get cars off their lot.
I had the misfortune of needing to return again due to my radiator busting while I was on a trip out of state. The outside mechanic guessed that this would’ve been a preexisting issue- possibly from before I bought the car. (Despite the dealership claiming they do a 20-point inspection). After spending over $900, we were hoping to get some (or all) of this refunded. This assumption was because the warranty policy was miscommunicated to me when I first bought the car.
Throughout our visit, we spoke with Ryan, Bernard, and Matt. Ryan “did his best” to get us as much money as he could under what he said was the correct policy. However, we were only offered $300. This was without even looking at the car in person, only reading the receipt from the repair shop. However, after showing us this refund, Ryan said that this would only be offered if I took my review down. I almost laughed in his face.
We then began a conversation with Matt and Bernard, where we said we were hoping for a (partial) refund and wanted to verify that a different issue would be repaired, as agreed upon during our initial purchase. We also explained what we were told concerning warranties and return policies.
Misunderstanding of policies aside, they were completely dismissive of any notion that a salesman could have been misleading. Bernard and Matt also adamantly shut down any possibility of sexist bias by saying there were “too many women working in the dealership” for it to be that kind of environment.
Bernard also reiterated that I would need to take my review down for them to do any service with me or my car. I also would need to sign papers saying I wouldn't post another review "trashing" their business. I expressed that I found that ridiculous and I would not be signing anything or taking it down.
My preexisting issue had a written contractual agreement on multiple papers that this service would be done. When I reiterated this to them, they suddenly changed their tune and said they would be obligated to do this repair.
After finally getting my prescheduled service done weeks later, it was difficult to contact them for status on my car. When I showed up unannounced to pick up the car, they said they were “just about to call”. Although the preexisting issues are fixed, my car was returned to me with bizarre minor malfunctions. Like my seatbelt sensors no longer working correctly.
It is clear that they either didn't do the full inspection or there was a massive oversight that cost me $900. Overall terrible customer service, terrible experience, and a pitiful representation of the owner's work ethic and motivation
Edit: After having the car serviced and supposedly reinspected last month, my headlights (that were given new bulbs) have also stopped working. Which is more money I will now have to sink into this car. I would NEVER trust a vehicle from this place ever again. I truly wish I had never gotten this vehicle.

Thought this is a very small dealership but these guys have a lots of inventory and very staff are warm and welcoming.. specially Kiran . Definitely recommend for everyone

Where to begin...from the moment pulling in and Bernard one of the owners creating us. To the shop and MO assisted me and my son. Everything went smooth, no pressure. Seemed like a solid small town car dealership. As someone purchasing from out of state there were a few bumps but they did their best to work though then well, even when the Maryland government DMV system went down.
