Last weekend, the alternator in my car died. The problem was that I needed to have it towed almost 100 miles, and I needed to ride with the driver. AAA said they had no way to convey the message to the driver and they couldn't guarantee he would be able to take me. Sure enough, when Biz got to my car, he knew nothing about it. Even though he really didn't have room, he moved things around so I could ride in the truck comfortably. My car and I were treated great for the 2 hour drive. Biz was very pleasant and stopped frequently on the highway to make sure the car straps were secure. He navigated the backroads to the shop like a pro. My car was in good hands. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend the driver (Biz) and the tow company.

Got stuck in the road and our call was expedited due to where we stopped in the road. Chad did an amazing job towing our vehicle. Really knows his stuff and was very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend

McCrae is the man!!! I was driving down 140 in Westminster with a flat tire. Drove in to the Wawa parking lot and he rolled up, asked if I needed a hand, come to find out I had TWO flats. He was able to change one out and put air in the other one! Thanks again, McCrae!!

Outstanding! We are here from WA state for my daughter’s wedding. I was not familiar with our rental car and accidentally left the lights on and killed battery. Called AAA they sent out Expedited Towing they got it started right away. Saved the day!

DO NOT use these guys. AAA sent them out to jumpstart my car and the tow driver couldn’t get it started. Later found out his jump box was dead after the driver did over $600 in damage to the interior and the garage is refusing to pay. If you like your car don’t let these guys touch it.Edit to reply: Yes, we just talked 2 days ago. You said there’s no proof your driver did it so it’s just a he said situation.

This business has become my "go to" place for all of my auto repairs. The work they do is consistently good. Their prices are reasonable and they always do the work quickly and efficiently. Eric, the manager there is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and always goes above and beyond with his fantastic service. Expedited was Super friendly and great people to work with!…..AAA on the other hand is something less to be desired… we hit a major pothole on 83 northbound in York county on our way to pick our daughter up from school, we were stranded on the side of the busy highway while it was raining and AAA told us that they would put us in as a priority because of our location being extremely dangerous! Over two hours later and after our four road flares burn out that the state police had put up for us they finally dispatched expedited to come help us, I don’t feel that this was in any way expedited‘s fault but more so AAA… We have been premier members for over 10 years and in the past it would take no more than 30 to 45 minutes to receive service ….nowadays you’re looking at 3 to 4 hours minimum just to get a tire changed… AAA service has gone extremely downhill and it makes me question the value for the top-tier service membership with them ….. The state trooper offered to call another tow company for us because he knew how terrible AAA‘s response time is…. Ultimately it was our decision to wait so we wouldn’t have additional out-of-pocket expenses.Service: Tire change
