My experience as a parent advocating for my child was HORRIBLE. I am very involved at trying to keep this consistent across care and home. The daycare staff were actually pretty friendly and I built good relationships there which is the only reason they get a star. However, dealing with an above average intelligence child proved difficult for them due to lack of support via staff and educational tools. Staffing levels are an issue at this center and this led to a lot of inconsistencies and inability to address classroom behaviors. My child observed and repeated behaviors at daycare which also became and issue at home. My son was one of the few negatively reprimanded. Additionally, diversity and inclusion was lacking to the point my child came home talking about it (3-5 years of age at the time). Also the only child kicked out when other children had the same issues - no coincidence he was the only brown child. I escalated to corporate offices and their VP of Operations (a woman) essentially told me to take them to court if I felt it was necessary. They were not willing to cooperate despite my written attempts and pleas to resolve issues before leading to expulsion from a daycare. They were less than compassionate. The staff with limited resources were not able to adhere to agreed implemented changes or attempted to make efforts to create and adhere to an age appropriate behavioral plan. Even the PERKS program found no issue with my child; the center did not implement anything they suggested to help improve the issues the daycare was having. They will quit the moment it gets hard. My child felt like they went unheard, unsafe, and left to deal with unfairness/conflict/difficulties on their own. I hope your experience will be better.
Of note at present, my child is now school aged kindergarten and thriving in well-above-average testing scores with no behavioral issues once we left Hampstead altogether. They feel heard, respected, and safe in an inclusionary way.

Celebree has been good to my children to their needs and I never have to worry about them. My daughter is 5 now and she has become very smart and she started at Celebree. The teachers take the time with all the children and when we have questions. With the change of directors they are willing to help as much as they can to make things smooth as possible for families. Along with some hurdles they come across all the staff and directors come together to make the best experience possible.

I would recommend the infant program at Celebree. While transitioning to daycare was difficult, I know my child receives loving care at Celebree while we are apart. One of the things I love most about this facility is the level of communication from Directors and Teachers. We always feel “in the loop”. The app used for daily reporting is helpful and easy to use. We are lucky to be a Celebree family!

I have 4 children currently enrolled at Celebree School of Hampstead. The teachers, curriculum and atmosphere is unmatched. The directors and staff truly care about my children and creating a warm environment for learning. My children have made amazing friends and I have made life long friendships with other parents.

My children have attended Celebree for close to 6 years now. My oldest just went into 7th grade and wants to volunteer again over her summer break for service hours. My youngest always asks to go to "school".Over the years we have had some bumps in our experience but nothing that the directors, teachers and other staff have not been more than helpful and understanding about working with us to overcome the situations.I know when choosing a place to send our children to is a lot of mental stress and constant worrying knowing that they are being taken care of and treated well. I can honestly say that Celebree of Hampstead exceeds all of my expectations.

Choosing this center has been the best decision we have made regarding our child's education and social/ emotional development. The teachers truly care about the children as if they are their own. Knowing our child is safe at school gives us so much peace of mind. The curriculum is well developed and engaging for our 3 year old.

My son loved going to Hampstead Celebree School during the summer. He made new friends and had a blast on the field trips. He loved stopping in the office and chatting with the directors about the trips or what we did over the weekend.

A place for children, currently ran by someone not much older than your children. Instead of caring for your children most of the staff, temporary director, are busy gossiping about about other staff or families enrolled. Very toxic environment. The few employees that are wonderful, they pay next to nothing, and treat like absolute garbage so why would they stay. It’s disgraceful to me they put a child barely out of high school in charge of running a daycare facility. That alone speaks volumes to the type of business being ran.Ignore employees being unkind to children. This place is a disaster and should have been shut down years ago.

Volunteered to work the annual celebree school carnival and got to see the hard work, care, and dedication all the staff put in to make sure their kids had the best time, it made my day to help provide so many smiles to all the kids that attended.

Some employees were great with our son while others seemed like they were uninterested in kids. He had a great teacher at first then she left. Mason hated being dropped off and his first teacher took time to comfort him. Once she left they just let him cry it out. I feel it is more of a daycare then a preschool. They give out a calander of what they are supposed to learn and he learned nothing the whole time he attended. Before he went he could count to 10 after a month there he couldn’t count to 5. He never came home with any crafts or papers to show he was working on numbers or letters. I feel bad writing this bc we did love some of the teachers and loved the parents and their children that went there, but after visiting other preschools we decided it was best to pull him. We didn’t read the contracts back honestly I didn’t know it was there bc it was carbon paper and come to find out you have to give 30 days notice and pay an extra 150. We did this and switched to headstart and love it. He has learned so much and we get crafts everyday and teacher conferences like it should be especially for the price you pay at celebree
