“Nice dealership with professional staff.

The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of hidden fees, and they also did not match the CarMax trade-in price, even though it was promised to me before I arrived at the dealership. I recently purchased a Honda Pilot from this dealership. As I mentioned, the people were nice—Roman, the salesman, and Jackson from accounting were amazing. There was also a customer service manager who was kind enough to share his contact information with me in case I had any questions or issues with the car.

If you see attractive car prices, don’t get tricked like I did. There is a certification fee of $1,800, and they do not waive it. When I told them I didn’t need any certification or additional warranty, they said the work had already been done on the car, so they could not remove or reduce the fee.

Additionally, before coming to this dealership, I told them I had an approved quote from CarMax and asked if they would match it. They said yes. However, when I arrived, they offered $1,000 less, saying that CarMax does not account for sales tax.

Overall, just be mindful of these items before coming to this dealership.”

“Kory, Adrianna, and Joe were awesome! Kory is our family's go-to guy for trustworthy work on our vehicles. He helped me narrow down my tire selection on my Subaru. Kory got the tires delivered the same day I called. Joe at the front desk made sure I was informed throughout the process. Adrianna worked on the application of the four tires and alignment. I'm so Happy with my purchase of new Michelin tires. I appreciate all the hard work on my vehicle by the staff!”

“This is the story of a girl who didn’t cry a river or drown the whole world thanks to the amazing staff at Millender’s Garage.I bought a car battery last year from a chain auto store, then had to warranty exchange it a short time ago. After an employee and the store’s frequent flyer mechanic swapped the battery in the chain’s parking lot, I thought I was good to go. WRONG!Two days after the swap, my car wouldn’t start. I called Millender’s, a Veteran owned & operated garage, and gave them the low down. They were able to squeeze my car in the next day for an evaluation and offered to tow me, but I took advantage of my AAA membership.Guess what? The battery wasn’t properly installed. I believe it was Kenny who checked out my car and reinstalled the battery correctly. Quick fix :)From my initial phone call to the quick turnaround, I was super happy with their professionalism and customer centric attitude to get me back on the road quickly, and safely!”

“Friendly folks, and honest. 25 year old Honda went in for brakes. Mechanic could have had a field day but only needed adjusting and two brake lines. Pointed out what could be failing soon, radiator hose, muffler, but did not pressure me to do it now. Excellent work. Very happy. Thanks to Gail for keeping my informed.”

“Rick is a one-man band. A good guy and a good, honest mechanic. I'll be returning hence-forth for anything I don't want to tackle in my driveway. He's taken care of 3 vehicles now for me, since relocating back to the state. He's offered rides, despite being swamped in work. Thanks again, Rick?Service: General repairs & maintenance”

“Simply put, Rick is a good man.I visited this shop for an independent inspection and he made space for me last minute, looked at the car, brought me in to show me everything he found, gave me his honest opinion and explained everything in a way I could understand. I'ts always intimidating as a woman going to a mechanic and he made this experience SO PLEASANT. He was kind, patient, and extremely honest. I walked away without spending anything and more knowledge than I could have imagined. You'd be lucky to live close enough to be a customer of Rick's. Id refer his place to anyone. Great experience and the desk and bench are awesome too!”

“I purchased a 2001 Porsche 911 (996) Carrera Cabriolet in April 2023. While my car only had 19,350 miles on the odometer, I had Ralph's Automotive Service complete a comprehensive maintenance workup on the vehicle. I was impressed most by their thoroughness and transparency throughout the entire process. They offered to have me visit their shop to inspect the worn parts and give authorization before proceeding. They also performed an IMS bearing retrofit, replaced the rear main seal, and installed a new clutch. Since these three services were completed in the same area of the engine they were able to consolidate the labor hours to save me considerable expense. I find the ownership, management, and staff to be highly ethical and professional and strongly recommend them to work on your Porsche. Many thanks to the Ralph's Automotive team for their diligence and hard work breathing new life into my dream car.Service: General repairs & maintenance”

“Monday evening I made a quick run to Walmart to buy milk. Unfortunately when I came out to my car it did not start. I walked over to the auto center to see if anyone could help see what was going on with my car. Brian and Michael came to my rescue. They changed my key and car battery. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!”
