Terrible. The worst customer service. I was there last week. Today is Aug 17 2024. 2 Employees, one of them attending 1 customer, there was a lady on the second window, she finished attending 1 customer I was next in the line, this lady Apparently her name is: Sarina, she did like she was doing something, folding papers and things like that, suddenly she abandoned the window, came back and a black lady was behind me; The lady at the window called the lady behind me first, took care of her and abandoned the window again, about 20 minutes passed, and finally I was attended by this gentleman on the first window. Unfortunately this office is the closest to my house. I don't recommend this office. Apparently this lady doesn't like Hispanic people

I am assuming this PO is closing since there is NO mail box to drop mail in and hasn't been for a while. The Blue Mail box is taped up? WHY? Its all over FB about theft from the mailbox - that is not the case it appears that the staff is too lazy to empty the box. Theft is only because the mail box is overflowing because its a very Busy PO. It needs to be emptied MORE!!!!

The staff at this particular branch doesn't receive nearly enough credit for handling all of the nut jobs and trashy, hateful customers who do business here. The staff are always kind, professional, and helpful and treat the most difficult customers with dignity and respect.

The Halethorpe post office is very nice .The peopleare very friendly. I always have a pleasant experience and I don't go anywhere else. Thank you to all the post office employees. ?

I absolutely hate this post office. You can never reach anyone by phone and they are so nasty in person. However, I'd love to talk to a manager because my mail lady needs some serious recognition for her honesty and great attitude! She is always friendly and happy even in extreme weather. What she did today, made me realize there are still good honest hardworking people in this world. I'm not sure if any companies, especially the postal service, care about these types of things but if so please respond to this review so I can give my feedback

Went to the Waelchli Ave. post office to apply for a passport, and had outstanding service. The clerk who helped me (sadly I didn’t get her name) was very friendly, and extremely helpful and efficient.I regularly go out of my way to go to this particular post office because they are unfailingly kind, professional, and helpful, and I never have a problem finding a parking space.

Visited this place at 11AM, and when I arrived, the line went out the door. When I finally got inside there was only one person helping people. I asked if there was anyone else who could help him. He informed me that he was the only person there. It took me 90 minutes in line to get help.

Sent some urgent documentation overnight. After 3 days still not received. Paid overnight for next day delivery from Maryland to Ilinois.Highly ? not recommended.
