“Vicki shows kindness and consideration in all the dogs under her care, and I wouldn't want to go to anyone else. As skilled as she is caring. I highly recommend her.”

8048 Ritchie Hwy Suite 6D, Pasadena“Best experience ever. Store associates were helpful, pleasant and truly nice. A refreshing experience in shopping. Store was clean and the layout was great. A lot better than some of the competition. Having a pet washing station was a definite plus. My phone conversation and ordering was just as satisfactory. The customer service is outstanding.”
“Years ago I volunteered at Spay Spa and Neuter. Being a retired RN I was very astute about watching their protocols. They were wonderful and so much less expensive than your regular vet for this service. I Would highly recommend them. Judy K. Bell”
“I am completely in shock with how awesome this place is! My 9 year old pittie is very dramatic when getting her nails trimmed and was causing it to be hard to get grooming appointments anywhere. Gail and her team took her in and she apparently didn’t even make a peep while she got a bath and nail trim. We have found our new groomer & are so grateful to have found them!”
“This is the most amazing little pet store. the employees are wonderful, knowledgeable, and helpful. my dog loves stopping in here. lots of wonderful healthy treats and snacks. i love they have a lot of great options for pets with allergies. great selection of toys too.”
“I’ve been bringing my dog Finn here for years for a bath and nails. Finn always comes out clean, soft, smelling good. And at the holidays he’ll have a cute little holiday bandanna! Deena is super easy to work with, flexible, and does a great job. Prices can’t be beat, and you’re not sacrificing service! I love this spot & recommend to anyone looking for a groomer in the area.”

“I just stopped in and purchased a replacement lawnmower that I saw online. An available, and helpful teamember pointed me to the lawnmower section where a new one sat in a box on a shelf. I grabbed a cart, paid the cashier, and was on my way. It was as simple as that and I'll be sure to consider Tractor Supply Co. next time I need home improvement stuff.”

3531 Chestnut Ave, Baltimore“They also have a location in Mt. Washington where you will meet the most knowledgeable, helpful staff. I was in there today talking about my pup who had jaw surgery and is now an incredibly sloppy eater. They had so many great suggestions on how I could best make her meatballs (lol) and, more importantly, were so compassionate about our "new normal," sharing their stories about their own dogs trials and tribulations. I am a lifelong fan and patron now and highly recommend Howl. This is what small business is all about.”
“Highly recommend the grooming salon. And this store.
We’ve been taking both our dogs ( ages 14 &13) here for almost a decade. Groomer Caroline does an AWESOME job ( few groomers know how to work with aging pets and she does!).
We find all staff ( grooming and the main store) to be knowledgeable and very polite. Easy parking. Win-win!”

7615 Harford Rd, Parkville“I love going to Petco! It’s near my house, I can always park right out front, I know where all of the things I need are, and there are lots of sales to choose from. I never seem to be in a queue at the store, and when I check out, the cashiers are always very helpful and friendly. Mimzy, apparently, approves every time I come home from there!”
“This may seem odd as a representative of K-9 Kraving that I am leaving a review, HOWEVER, I too, am a customer of K-9 Kraving. Currently, I have 3 furr-kids, all rescues, varying breeds, all different ages. Since joining my pack, they have all been fed K-9 Kraving diets. Abbey is the matriarch of our pack. A 14yo Jack-ChiChi mix. For the most part, Abbey has been an easy keeper over the years; trimming her nails and weight management were our greatest challenges until about 1.5 years ago. Out of nowhere, about every 4 months, Abbey's ears and paws would become infected, and transferring to her mouth from licking/scratching. Each visit & pharma treatment at the DVM was leaving me with a $180 - $200 bill. But more frustrating than the cost was not knowing the WHY it was a reoccurring challenge. Chicken, Beef & Veg (or) Chicken & Veg w/ Mackerel were the standards in our house with only K-9 Kraving dried treats for foraging snacks. One day, as I was creating technical posts for our FB page, I personally focused on the benefits of one of our most under-appreciated diets, Rabbit, Duck & Vegetable. This diet has ant-inflammatory qualities and is also low in cholesterol, excellent for senior canines.....DING, DING, DING!!! For Abbey, I made the connection that older dogs have different needs... We made the switch in January 2023. FFW to today, Abbey is the leanest she has ever been, inflammation & infection free for over 4 months (WOO-HOO) and more active than ever! She is actually playing with toys. I couldn't be happier with the difference the RDV diet has made for her. In Abbey's case, the inflammation was triggering licking and scratching, ultimately resulting in infection. With RDV diet those triggers have been neutralized. Thank you K-9 Kraving!IMAGE 1: Chubby and staining on her paws from licking (6 mos ago)IMAGE 2: In action w/ her 8 yo sister (today)IMAGE 3: Feeling goooood! (today)”
“The employee was very very nice she took the time to go over things with me even some of the other customers didn't rush me to get things accomplished and paid for it was a very nice experience I would go back.”
“I like today’s Pat. They’re one of the only places in the area where you can get live feeder rats and as far as I can tell, they have more separate size categories than everyone else.”

Dr. Gina and her wonderful assistant (whose name I unfortunately didn’t get) were the KINDEST and most considerate. They took such great care of her while giving her shots. Not to mention when I went to check out, the employees were so sweet. Trying to feed her doggie cookies and say hello to make her feel a little safer. They also found it funny how I had to drag her everywhere since she was too scared to walk haha.
Thanks so much for a memorable experience here, it really, truly means the world to know that my pup is in good hands.”
“Love shopping here! Staff is extremely friendly and takes the time to get to know you and your pets. Our dog went through training classes here years ago and the staff still asks about her even when she is not shopping with us! Best local Petco!!”

“I’ve been taking JinX and Hershey here for a while and they treat her well she looks beautiful when I pick her up and they are so patient with her she loves getting groomed and gets excited when it’s time to go to her appointment every two weeks”
“We’ve been there twice since moving Baltimore. They did a great job on my standard poodle and I didn’t feel that my dog was just a number. They seemed to really care. Reasonable prices and very communicative.”

“I went into petsmart for the very first time and it was my greatest experience in a store for my puppy. Everyone there are so friendly and helpful. Thank you petsmart employees.”
“I ended up at my local Glen Burnie store and didn’t have my wallet. The local customer service is always on point.
I’m grateful that they knew me and they helped me through the check out process with my Tractor Supply membership account.
Hands down the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AROUND!”

24 Mountain Rd, Glen Burnie“Not a bad place but I feel like there was only three people working and two were on the registers. I had some questions about cat food, but I had to take a risk because there was no one around who was available to assist me place that I come for my fish needs as well, although it is a big box store and the prices are ravaging”
“Does anyone know where Kim went?? Thats the only person I trusted with my dogs grooming. She's a fussy one and Kim always was able to get her done and always looking aahhhhmazing! :( Kimmmm where are you?? lol the 5 stars is for Kim and Kim alone.”
“I've had nothing but a solid experience from this guy every time I walk in!Frequent buyer of LIVE feeder fish, a lot of times big name per stores or someone not as professional will sell weak or diseased feeders that absolutely get quality pets sick. Not only are these feeders lively,(which gets my pets excited to eat), the owner frequently gives way more than what is necessary for what I spent.Likewise, this is one of the few places I can get HEALTHY LIVE mice for a ridiculous bargain. My reptiles love it.Well placed location off Windsor and super easy to get to. Easy payments through cash app and never have any issues with his stock causing any health issues with my animals. He also has Koi for sale and I'm excited to give those a buy.10/10 probably would be the only location I shop at if his selection was a bit larger as far as arachnids and reptiles, because I know they'd be well taken care of.Thank you!”
“I ordered hay for a rabbit online. They gave me a bag that was damaged ( I took it because I thought it snagged it on the cart or something on the way to the car) and my rabbit refused to eat it. The hay was 25.00, and I was annoyed. I was unaware of the return policy so I was just not going to worry about it. I went to purchase a new bag and the associate informed me that even tho the time had passed she would honor my exchange. I’m very satisfied! Update on the bunny he is eating the new bag so my only suggestion is not selling customers damaged merchandise just because they ordered online for pick up. If a bag of food has an hole in it throw it away. Not give it to the customer who isn’t choosing for themselves. Why care more about a multimillion dollar company losing a bag of hay than the customers and the lives of their pets!”
