Got to home depot today at 10:45 am. They sent an email saying to pick up shower unit and tile. It's 12pm now and still waiting for will call. Nobody works here at all or do they even care! Never again will I place a $9,000.00 order with them again.

It's a horrible place to work they treat you like an outcast and talk behind your back call you names and threaten assault on you then when you complain to the corporate office they try to convince you that you have issues that need therapy and threaten my job if I don't take that therapy some six classes and then when they wanted to get rid of me they force me to to sign something saying I took from their store when I did not do anything wrong they locked me in their office and told me that you can't leave unless you sign something saying you did something when you didn't do anything and intimidate you and force you to lie and even tell you what to write on the paper they want you to sign I wasn't even aware at the time that I hadn't paid for the mouse traps that I was purchasing at the time once I had found out that I was set up I tried to ask to talk to my boss about it and wasn't given the option I was hauled off into an office and locked into that office for one I am very claustrophobic and was feeling trapped they used it to their advantage and told me to sign this paper saying that I owed them money for something I failed to pay for when at the time I was unaware that the three traps hadn't been paid for they then told me I owe them $78 for $3 mouse traps and then telling me not to talk to anyone as they escort you out the door like a criminal my fiance visited on a separate occasion for his place of business he was stalked around the store as if he was the criminal and treated him as such when he had nothing to do with anything in which the circumstances looked very unprofessional in front of his boss they were very unprofessional and once it was all said and done I contacted my now lawyer and they have never call or fallowed up on this so called money that I supposedly owed them I will say I did really like the job if you set aside all off the crazy stuff I put up with I had watched people get assaulted and accused of stealing when there was no chance they had any opportunity when you are constantly getting stalked around the store by lost prevention and security the whole time even went as far as the almost if not succeeded in breaking a man's ribs by three big supposed security guards throwing him against the wall like a rag doll when in fact when police officers got there the man had not stolen anything or had anything in his possession and when it was proven there was no apology I hope that man proceeds to sue them for his damaged ribs like I said this place was a nightmare to work ??

I went to this location trying to ask for help to purchase a microwave. The guy was condescending on his cell phone looking at unprofessional items on his phone on the floor back near appliances. When I approached the gentleman and he was wearing a home Depot vest implying that he is an employee there however he stayed he is not. He's for HVAC and he cannot help me with a condescending voice and no sense of urgency. He stared at me thinking I would just go away. I politely ask for help and he says I can't help you. There's nobody here. I was absolutely horrified with the way he approached me talking to me that way. I finally walked around. When I talked to lay on the floor she said she was the manager. I was not happy with them letting him sit on the floor like that on his phone. Looking at a professional and willing to help customers. They said they will address it later. However the way they talk to me seems like they don't care. I walked up to the front asking for the store manager. Come to find out the one gentleman I was talking to was supposedly a manager Isaac. He looked at me like he was tired and did not want to be there and said I will handle it later. Not wanting to help anybody when I'm a customer trying to get help to purchase the item. He stated he had to get my information before giving me his boss's information which is completely unacceptable. After asking 4 times he finally gave it to me. I'm absolutely horrified. I have multiple rental homes and I'm not going to do business at this home Depot anymore. I'd rather drive the extra 5 minutes to other locations out in the county where everybody's more professional and seem like they're willing to help.

I've routinely shopped at this Home Depot since moving to the area and every experience has been positive.The location is convenient, there is plenty of parking, they actually put barriers up so people don't park illegaly in front of the store, and every time I've visited Customer Service for an order pickup or return the folks working there have been efficent and the line moved quickly.Whenver there's something not on the shelves, someone has always been able to quickly retrieve what I needed.There's lots of decent Home Depot stores in this region, but this one stands out as one of the best.

I only had cash and could not use any of the self check outs unless i had a card. Never experienced this before today. Luckily customer svc let me pay by cash. I will only shop here sparingly from now on. Very in convenient.

Good customer service is nonexistent. We went to order our blinds and I was appalled at the fact that two or their employees pawned us off on each other. They argued about who would help us and non of them got up to help. We asked for a MOD to help us and she told us to sit and wait. We waited for about 25mins and no one engaged us. We ended up leaving this location. Don't waste your time going to this location as I don't think they value customer business!

I placed a reservation for a rental around noon today. It was for tomorrow, at 6am. They took my money, and then waited until 6:15pm to cancel my reservation. Completely destroyed my plans and cost me money I can’t spare. I work for a living. They said the refund will process in 3-5 days, how can I book a rental for tomorrow with money from 3-5 days from now? Management was completely useless.

I was very disappointed in my visit.I tried to use the bathroom when I arrived, and it was closed due to it being cleaned.I came back 30 minutes later after my shopping and found the same person blabbing on the phone and still not finished. When I asked her how much longer she said something to me in Spanish and then shut the door behind her and walked away. The door had a combo lock, and I had to find an associate to give me the combo.I needed a flat bed cart and walked the entire store and parking lot. None were located.

The worst customer service I have ever experiencedI was waiting at the cutting center for over 30min for an employee to help me. After I was told that someone was coming then after waiting another 15min a second employee tells me they don’t have know one that can cut for me…I had to call the store not once but twice while I was in the store just to get some help…..??

Well at this particular Home Depot the staff seem confused and not knowing the merchandising the pricing on the Shelf did not match the pricing at the cash register and they would not make adjustments

So...I really needed to use the restroom. They have the restrooms locked with a printed sign saying you need an associate to key in the code to let you in. I had hands full of things I wanted to purchase. I went to an associate to ask to be let in to use the restroom. I was told by said associate that the restroom is only for customers. I look at the items in my hand, and reply, "I am a customer." She replies, "No sir, only paying customers." I reply back, "Well I was going to purchase the items in my hand for about $200, but now I'm going to leave because I can't even use the bathroom here."Maybe this girl was a noob, but still....

My goodness has this location gone down hill! At one time this location was a stellar one, a United States President visited once. I've been told its because its an Urban store, really? The garden center plants are dying of thirst. The aisles are clogged with merchandise that is just sitting with nowhere to go. And forget asking for help, online it may say there is a quantity of items, but no one can find them. Self check out is a nightmare at times. The employees just stand and point to a register, or are sitting in a chair and pointing. Forget asking for the manager, no one can find him or her. This location is a disaster. No one seems to care either, forget contacting the corporate office, I was on hold for over 40 minutes and gave up.

I'm grateful to the folks who work and operate this facility. I've been doing business with them for over 15 years. Yes sometimes it's difficult getting at anyone to engage if I have a specific question and it's a busy afternoon. But otherwise I've found that the staff and the management are engaging and considerate.

I need this store to be under investigation, I came there to get a $79 Edge trimmer, in store and online said they had 74 I stock. When I got there, there was a young man name Alex, he was very very helpful, but when he got up front, it changed. I don’t know what’s going on, but I need a GM to investigate why was those $79 Ryobi Trimmers wasn’t available. Than a young lady came up to me telling me Alex was busy, but, he in fact already knew I was there. I ended up getting the one that came with a blower. But I tell you, something’s not right.
