The car was exactly as described and better - their shop added oil change, brakes, disc, shocks, struts and rotors - just for good measure prior to sale?

I sent an email inquiry about a car on their site and was told it was available. I asked if their prices were negotiable and was told yes but the price had to be approved so I sent an offer and waited for an answer thinking it was sent for approval. Did not receive one until I sent another email to make sure they received the offer and was told they sold the car. Didn't even give me a chance to negotiate. Didn't even let me know it was sold. I was anxiously waiting their reply. Very disappointed in this place.

Great place to work great place to get a vehicle because they make sure your vehicle is in good working condition and if something goes wrong all you have to do is bring it back and they will fix it no charge

Freedom Wheels This place is awesome. If you're looking for really nice car in really good shape for really good prices this is the place to go freedom Wheels. I bought me a 2013 Ford Fusion and it's in excellent condition and for a really good price too. If you're ever in Baltimore off of Washington boulevard about two or three lights down from super Walmart stop by freedom Wheels they have really nice cars at really good prices and they stand by their work.

Communication via phone and email was a challenge but if you can go in person expect great customer service; highly recommend you check out their cars. Very pleased to buy from a dealer that does so much good for the community and sells quality product. Recently purchased a vehicle - love it so far. Nice, competent staff and seemingly honest work. Will update review after a few months.

Bought a 2003 Acura TL-S from Freedom Wheels in October 2015 and it was a terrific experience. The navigation system wasn't functioning and they ordered/paid for a new system and paid for its installation once it came in. $5074 out the door for a nearly-mint condition vehicle loaded with everything (leather, heated seats, premium sound system, 6-CD changer) - taxes, tags, inspected - everything. I HIGHLY recommend stopping in to see them if you are in the market for a reliable used car!

Worst communication I've ever experienced. Tried to call several times for 3 consecutive days. The "salesperson" never called me back after I left many voicemails. Don't waste your time with this place. I had cash in hand to purchase the vehicle but since I am two hours away I needed info before the trip but I never got. Wish I could give them zero stars.
