My boyfriend and I consider ourselves incredibly lucky to have had Chris as our realtor for our first home purchase. We stumbled upon what seemed to be the perfect home for us just one hour after it had been listed for sale, and Chris was already walking us through the house a few hours later.We had our offer in later that evening, and although there were other offers being considered, ours was accepted by the seller within 48 hours of the home being on the market. Chris gave us fantastic recommendations on a reputable lender, as well as a home inspector, and was there for us throughout the entire process, answering our questions and going above and beyond to get us into the house we fell in love with.We read plenty of home-buying horror stories online and knew the potential issues we could encounter, but even as a first-time buyer I have to say that the experience was perfectly smooth, quick, and easy - due in large part to our AMAZING realtor!!!We wouldn't be where we are today - making this wonderful house our home - without you. Chris made my experience very easy. Being a first time home buyer I did not have much knowledge of the procedure and he was always willing to share his expertise. He was very patient with me. I did not know if I wanted a house or a condo. Chris went out of his way to show me both and in different areas. Even when I complained about something he kept an uplifting attitude. When I made my final decision he went above and beyond to make sure that it was my dream home. I would recommend Chris to all and I will share my experience with others.

I was randomly connected with Chris after expressing interest in a home on Zillow. I worked with two other real estate agents over the three years that I looked for a home and no one can compare to Chris. He was very responsive and made himself available late into the evening to answer my questions and explain the process. We put in two offers on two homes in about two weeks. The second offer was a success! I had a positive experience working with Chris and would highly recommend him!!

Chris did an awesome job helping us find the house of our dreams. We was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. Thanks to Chris my home search was a breeze. He walked me through all of my options from financing to finding the perfect house. We looked at multiple homes and he patiently described me the pros and cons of each property. Unfortunately due to aggressive market, I had to take a break on my home search due to losing my job with Covid. Chris quickly pivoted and helped me find a temporary rental, in my price range and we already have a new plan in place to help me find a home in the next few months. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, and helpful. Can't wait to find a new home.
