“I’ve dealt with this body shop a few times and they are always wonderful to deal with. All of the staff is very friendly and easy to talk to. They also make dealing with insurance as painless as possible and are very communicative throughout the whole repair process. When repairs are finished, you can’t even tell there was ever any damage at all! Overall they are a great shop and I recommend them to everyone.”
“Brought my Jeep Wrangler Willys in to see about swapping to the Mojave hood. Jeff Shaw’s Collision Craft was able to get all the parts, and do a complete swap and paint match. Quality is second to none.
I selected this shop based off of their online reviews and later learned that Jeff Shaw’s Collision Craft is also considered to be the best Tesla body shop in the area (I git to see my first Cyber-Truck up close when i dropped my jeep off).
The facility is clean and very well maintained. Front office personnel are nice and handled all paperwork quickly and had me on my way in minutes.
The technician who worked on my Jeep has been with Jeff Shaw for more than 25 years, to me, that says a lot - a company that values its customers (and their reputation) enough to retain top notch technicians instead of relying on a revolving door of technicians.”
“I was so impressed with Nealey Tire & Auto Repair.
The first reason was because when I called Kenny got me in on the same day.
But Sam, really made my day by getting the car checked from bumper to bumper.
See I had to get my Mercedes Benz a new battery and get the computer reset.
Nealey's was able to do it cheaper than a Mercedes Benz dealership would have charged me.
Plus Sam kept in contact with me all day today.
See they had to check my alternator to see if that was the problem.
I'm sure another shop would have charged me for an alternator.
But NOT SAM.
HE WAS HONEST ABOUT THE ALTERNATOR BEING IN GOOD SHAPE.
SO IT TOOK LESS THAN 24 HRS TO GET MY CAR BACK, WHICH REALLY MADE ME HAPPY!!!
IT TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED BECAUSE I DIDN'T GET MY CAR TOWED UP THERE UNTIL AFTER 3PM.
AND THEY CLOSE AT 5:30.

“Gerber Collision off of Balto National Pike has tremendous customer service. Several years ago, they did a great job with the body work on my Acura. Just yesterday, I stopped by for an assessment of damage to my new car. Kim, the General Manager, spent a good bit of time walking through options for me to save money and keep from filing an insurance claim. She had her team buff paint to my front quarter panel and bumper at no charge! The work looks great and it saved me thousands. I highly recommend Gerber to everyone I know.”
“Gerber Collision was recommended after a rear-end collision. The front office staff was friendly. Ian, the estimator, was friendly and personable. We both have Sonatas and chatted a bit about how much we like them. He looked over my car with me and even pointed out damage that I did not catch at first. He also informed me that the insurance company may cover a new car seat since mine was in the car at the time of the accident. He kept me updated throughout the entire process.
Communication/status is tracked via text message where you are sent a link to track the repair process. Repair and paint was quick. I dropped my car off on the 30th and it was ready by the 8th. It probably would have been quicker than that if one of the parts was not sent to them in error.
If I am ever in need of a repair shop again, Gerber Collision will be my go to shop!”
“After driving around for over a year with a broken windshield (Safelite wanted $1300 and there was no way I was filing an insurance claim). My neighbor was getting theirs done so I walked over and asked the guys if they had a card. Long story short, they just finished their work, for less than half the price of EVERYONE else. Tyler and his partner were incredibly professional and friendly. Even Kathy (receptionist) was as friendly as you can get. It's 2025 and EVERYONE sucks these days. It was so nice to have a meaningful interaction with other humans lol. Anyways, if you are trying to get your windshield fixed, give these guys a call, they'll take care of you (the price they give you on the phone is EXACTLY what is charged).”
