Hello,
This is the second time I have come here to servicing my car. They were able to take me in that same day and were very friendly. This place is half an hour away, but it's worth it!
They provide doughnuts, hot and cold beverages, subs, beef hot dogs, and even fresh popcorn for us customers. Very clean area as well as a clean dealership. They also have a pool table and a cool phone charging station!
I will be back!

Amazing experience Justin and the whole younger crew made sure to not over sell and not over pressure for anything! All I've ever owned are toyotas and dealerships like this continue on a legacy of trust, reliability and comfort. 10/10

I'm here writing this review while waiting for an oil change / cabin filter swap. It's been two hours. Over two hours actually. No communication about anything. Just sitting here in the waiting room with other people dealing with the same issue. What's the deal?

Had the worst experience with the service department last night. If there were 0 stars I would give it. I took my 2019 Camry to get a transmission fluid drain and fill (50%exchange) that I scheduled last week with the service advisor Claire. I was told the service would cost me around $150-$160 unless I wanted the more expensive service around $300 which is a total flush (100%exchange). I told Claire I wanted the cheaper of the two. Upon returning to pick my car up and pay last night Claire informed me my total was $320 which I told her was wrong and I had scheduled the cheaper of the two. She said that is not what I told her and I said I wanted the more expensive service (the 100% exchange) and basically called me a liar multiple times. I needed my car for work today but did not want to pay for a service I did not want in the first place and there was no manager to dispute the charge with at 5:30 at night. She wouldn’t even give me his business card. Needless to say I lost time from work today and had to find a ride back to the dealership to dispute my case with the manager so I could get my car back. I lost wages at work and time out of my day because of their service department. The manager Brandon Humbertson never came to pay me the respect to talk to me face to face but did lower the price to what I originally booked my appointment for. When I went out to get my car I found my nice sunglasses sitting wet in the gravel next to my door, they must have fallen out when they moved my car after service. On top of all of this I was told the courtesy car wash was out of order since last week so they couldn’t provide that service. This has happened almost every time I have brought my car to Toyota, the car wash is “out of order” . Funny how the perks you think your getting when you service your vehicle there are in fact not perks at all. My car is about to be paid off and I will not be buying my next vehicle at Toyota again. Mike the sales man was the only best part of that dealership that sold me my car 5 years ago. I wish he worked for a better company because I would give him my business again but not Toyota.

2024 Tacoma SR5...This was by far the most pleasant and stress-free automotive transaction experience of my life. From my sales rep (Brian) to Cheryl in the finance department, to Madison (Liz:) in the insurance department, the whole experience was positive. I will definitely be doing business with these folks in the future and I recommend anyone reading this to do the same.

Although I didn't receive the service I came in for today, due to the in-processing lady not telling me I needed to order my own part for this particular job, I had a great experience with the service center intake staff: Gabrielle. She went out of her way to help me find exactly what I needed and found me the best deal to get the job done. I was impressed with her professionalism and drive to make the customer happy. Walked away feeling better than I walked in. Keep up the great customer service and thank you!

Probably one of the worst service departments I’ve been to. My brand new 2024 Tundra Platinum has a defective driver’s seat from day one and after two service appts, one I might add was 4 hours of me waiting in the lobby with no updates, the seat is still defective. Also, when I first bought the truck, I brought it to their attention there was a lot dirt in the clear coat of the paint. The service manager took photos and said he would get back w/me. Months pass and I hear nothing. I take the truck back in again, for the same defective seat and a follow up on the paint dirt/defects. I was then told they then needed to use a macro camera for photos of the dirt defects and would follow up with me later. It’s been nearly a year and still no solution. I even told my service advisor “Bo” I was expecting to be contacted by the Service manager since every time I asked to speak with him, he wasn’t available.
Younger Toyota is quick and willing to make a sale but my experience with this service department ruins any future purchases for me and my family.

Nice dealership with excellent service. Large waiting area with phone chargers and lots of magazines to keep you occupied...when you're not busy checking out the new cars and trucks!

My wife and I came to Younger to test drive a Certified pre-owned Volvo XC60. We didn't intend to buy the vehicle, but the price had been reduced dramatically and it was too good to pass up. Our salesman, Nate, was great. Never felt any pressure and everyone involved was professional and helpful. Ashley helped us with the technology of the vehicle, she is very knowledgeable. Overall, excellent experience.

Great experience! Clayton was great to work with. We did almost everything over text messages and he was amazing. Responded very quickly, answered all my questions. Again it was a great experience and I highly recommend Clayton and Younger Toyota.

I was in desperate need of an affordable car immediately, & Gary Cohen went above & beyond to help me. Within a few hours, I was picked up at home-driven to the dealership- & drove myself home in my new Prius that I got a great deal on. Thank you to everyone who assisted. I had a very good experience at Younger Mitsubishi. I was interested in a Mitsubishi Outlander. I got the 20 year/200,000 mile warranty. My sales consultant was Nate Mangum. Very happy.
