For being a dealership you purchased the vehicle from, you would hope some type of support. I contacted them regarding an error on the dash. They reviewed everything and said I needed new tires for the error. I got new tires from the place they were from as they were under warranty, and the error is still appearing on the dash. This is the quote they gave me. The seaping oil pan was fixed at my last oil change when they rethreaded the bolt. A $200 repair at the dealership? I fear the tech was just trying to get a mega sale out of me, but if this is the dealerships standards costs, I DO NOT recommend. They also said I needed a new brakes, which a week after the vehicle was at the dealership, I had the vehicle inspected and the brakepads are at 50% wear.

ZERO STARS!!
((2018)) I went in for several dash lights on my Ralliart, awc light, abs light, and 4wd serevice required light. They held the car for almost 2.5 hours while I waited with my small children and came back to tell me it needed tires because they were different brands on the front versus the rear. Skeptical, but trusting the "techs" there, I had all 4 new tires mounted, balanced, and alignment installed the following weekend. LIGHTS ARE STILL ON. I was charged $120 for a "diagnosis" that was INCORRECT. I will be driving as far as it takes to get to the next closest Mitsubishi dealer next week to actually get my car FIXED properly.
**((Update: 2024!)) I gave this dealership another chance to perform a routine transmission teach in. They did not do the service due to low voltage (but tried to tell me my valve body was failing instead), and yet still charged me for the service that was NOT performed. The upper management staff is very unprofessional, condescending, and laughed at me while I was expressing concerns over having to again pay for their technician's incompetence. I had to then pay a different shop to do the service I paid them to do.
At this point I've given Younger more chances than they deserve and they've proven to me repeatedly they don't value me as a customer. They are the definition of a "stealership" that rips you off. Nobody deserves to be spoken to the way Adam, the service advisor manager, spoke to me. He should NOT be in customer service whatsoever with his poor attitude and inability to resolve conflicts amicably.
I am a Mitsubishi enthusiast, having owned a number of Mitsubishi's over the years, am very active in the Mitsubishi and DSM communities, and I will recommend this dealership to NOBODY. Stay away if you care about your car and being valued as a customer.

I’ve never been disappointed with the service or treatment at Younger Mitsubishi. Will be purchasing another vehicle very soon and will most likely come here to do so

Justin Lutrell was absolutely the best sales consultant I have ever worked with when buying a new car. Very responsive, organized, and not pushy. He assured I had a great experience and wound up with the car of my choice! Dwayne Johnson was also very great to work with on the paperwork side of things. He explained everything in depth and was very personable. If you are looking for a new or used car, look no further!
